All Tessa wanted to do was to scream. But she knew that would do her any good, because he placed a spell on her. And she didn't' have much of a choice but to go with him. Tessa was scared, her whole life flashed before her eyes. She had wished she would read her future before coming.

Sam quickly shot spells in Katrina and Hugos direction Sam sighd she saw Tessa and Anne quickly go down to the floor " Tessa get out of here now!" Sam yelld dodging Sam sighed and had half a mind to force Tessa to leave. Sam dodeged more knived and another crucio curse Sam cursed very loudly as another knife cut her hand.

Katrina nodded and took the knife from Hugo, she had heard all about the mudblood written on her arms and she was very excited. She was finally going to have a bit of excitement in her life.

"Silenco" Katrina pointed her wand at Anne so she would not make a sound, and she made sure to take her wand and place it in the pocket of her robe she was wearing.

Katrina wondered where the best place would be to take her and then she smirked a little a walking behind buildings as not to be seen she took her to the Shieking Shack.

Hugo doged the smells and smirked as he saw that one of his knives had goten her again. She was going to have thoses scares forever. Thats what she got when she fought him.

He pulled Tessa off the floor and outside. He was going to take her to the shreiking shack. He knew that his father would find him there. He would take him home. He pulled the girls wand out of her hand and tossed it. She had no wepon he had tons. She was going to suffer.

Briony couldn't quite believe what was going on and she looked around at all the children fighting in disbelief, there were German children too and she wondered just how they had gotten there...

Snarling as one of them dared to cast a spell in her direction, and at her students, the killing spell no less, Briony summoned up her shadows and threw them out in all different directions, like thin threads in the air, making a trap that would hopefully confine their movements.

Following the child Briony took out her wand she pointed it at the child;

"You want to throw big curses? You play with the adults now. Avada Kedavra!!" she growled, throwing the curse at the boy "Sectumsempra!!"

Seeing as the boy was too much of a coward to come and face her in battle Briony made a note to go and help Tessa later, there were more pressing matters at hand and she hoped that the girl would be able to fend for herself for a while until this battle was done.

Looking between Lucia and Viktor, Briony shrugged her shoulders, she couldn't let anger crowd her mind, and she pulled out her wand with a smirk on her lips;

"I think my husband sir, is out killing more of your German besturmen, who think they can best him in a fight."

Briony was silently glad Lucia was here, that way her baby might be protected. Pointing her wand at the soldier she cried;

'Reducto! Serpant sortia! Engorgio!" sending the initial attack, and then a much larger one, the poisionous englarged snake, the mans way.

Sam watched as Katrina and Hugo left and she looked around and noticed Anne was gone, Sam shoot a spell at the man " Tarantallegra!" she shouted and hoped it hit him.

Sam felt the blood from her neck and hand she quickly wiped the blood off her neck and hand and she waited for any attack.

Viktor rolled behind the counter of the bar, letting it take the brunt of the damage from the spells. When Briony told him that Richard was off fighting in Germany, he frowned,

"Well looks like we both got the same idea huh?" he paused for a second, "I'm sorry but I'm going to have to make sure that the two of you stay apart... forever."

Swearing as the bar cover was broken by Briony's reductor curse, Viktor turned to the large snake attacking him and pointed his wand at it,

"Fiendfyre!" the curse fire latched onto the snake, burning it alive quickly. But Viktor kept the spell up, sending a constant stream of cursed fire at his three opponents. With his free hand, Viktor made a weak, wandless, duellist's shield that was strong enough to let him slap the student's spell away with only a mild sting to the back of his hand.

Briony saw that there was still a student around the area of battle and she made sure that her eyes kept flicking to her, it was Sam the Gryffindor who had come to talk to her about her father...Briony vowed that she would make sure Sam made it to that platform.

"You've never duelled with me before have you?" she snorted "There's a reason I'm Headmistress, and professor of duelling."

When Viktor swiftly dispatched all of her attacks Briony's brow furrowed a little bit and wondered what he was going to do in return for her attacks, instead of breaking off his spell he continued it, and Briony had to duck and roll out of the way, landing just before Sam.

"Get behind cover! Or go and help those students!" Briony gestured with her head to away from the scene.

Briony stood up and gathered a large handful of shadows and punched them out, then gathered more in her other hand, punching those out, until about 8 rounds had been shot.

Sam nodded and went to look for cover, before she went for cover she saw the fire and froze the memories of her parents flashed before her eye's she felt as though she were frozen to the spot.

When she returned to the scene in front of her she ran for cover she glanced at the man she grabbed her wand and pointed it at him " Rictusempra!" she shouted at the man and she didn't look to see if it hit or not she looked for Tessa but she didn't see her she looked at the man and saw Briony cast her shadows, she looked and didn't see Tessa she sighed.

Charlotte had, in her fathers absence decided that she would like to head down to the small art store that was now open in Hogsmeade Village, however, when she got there it was less fun than she would have imagined it would be. Hearing the sounds of attacks and crumbling buildings, Charlotte was forced to stay inside the shop, until she could sneak away and see what was going on.

Eyes widening and her cat ears and tail immediately popping out, Charlotte gasped as she saw the destruction done to the town that she had just a few minutes before walked through, and she blinked when she realised who was in the main fight...

It couldn't be Viktor could it?

Hiding behind one of the beams, fallen from the Three Broomsticks, Charlotte watched the fight and seeing Briony just about to give some fatal blows Charlotte cried out;

"Viktor! Be careful" and she stepped a little forward from behind her cover.
