Chase had been out and about doing many different diplomatic duties that his father could no longer preform. He always seemed busy, and needed some time to himself. He had be out and about and had met one woman, but she was a creature that didn't like to get attached to someone for two long because she was afraid of broken hearts.

Well his love life was the least of his worries, he at least was not under a deadline as of yet. He had heard that his cousin was told he had to get married ASAP and Chase did not think that was fair. Love does not always happen that fast. Eric had sent him an owl and decided that he was around so he would owl him to meet him at a local restaurant. Dukes and Lords did not just met at bars, they had to meet at proper restaurants.

Arriving at and exclusive club Chase was greeted very formally by the Ma'trade and shown to his special reserved seat in the back of the restaurant behind the glass doors.

Chase sat down at the table and order a bottle of wine and waited for Eric to arrive.

Eric was stressed but that would be expected of someone who had a deadline to find his bride. He was not sure if he could find one however his thoughts drifted back to the beautiful lady at the lake he hoped that he would see her again. He wanted to get together a time with family maybe just what he would need to focus again.

He entered the restaurant and was led to where his cousin was sitting waiting for him he was a little glad that he was already here because he would not do if he was left alone to wait. "Greeting cousin Chase." He said as he took the seat across from him.

Chase heard the doors open up and saw Eric come into the little room, he stood up to properly greeting his cousin. "Oh come on Eric, enough of the formal stuff, we are alone."

Chases looked at Eric and could tell he was very stress out, and Chases understood why and was glad it was not him, well at least not yet.

"So are we having any luck with the bride search?" Chase smiled and took a drink of his wine.
