A Touchy Subject (open)

A touch subject, that was what he was trying to resolve with this letter. He had been hurt by what Keiba did last night, but he knew it was his own fault. Humphrey walked up to the owlery and called George to him. Soon, he would see her in his classes, and he didn't want things to still be awkward. They had been left awkward last night.

After he tied the letter to his owl George he patted him affectionately. He did not spend enough time up here with his pet. "Take this to Keiba Namid, buddy. Here is an owl treat for a speedy delivery." he said, giving him the sweet he had picked up during the summer. "Fly quickly George, and make sure she reads it. Be nice about it though."
