His anger made her avoid eye contact his eyes were so cold, so vicious something that made her turn paler than she usually was. She refused to cry, there were moments when she allowed the tears to come, usually when she felt the pain of other, but anger, anger made her toughen up.

His coldness made her breathe in heavier trying to keep her own anger in. Those things he said about her, yes they were things that were a part of her, but if she talked to anyone it'd be the same reaction. She never said they were just acquaintances either, it was another easy shot but she let him, after all he thought he had a right. He didn't know things that other people knew. She bit her tongue letting him vent. Perhaps it was best that this friendship had ended. She closed her eyes letting him just yell at her. Her hands were forming fists, simply grabbing the grass under her tightly as she reigned in her rage.

She didn't always get mad, but this this made her tremble even. Her rage came from his comments on Xander, and if anyone knew anything about her was that she protected the people she cared about. Her trying to comfort Humphrey ended up backfiring, giving him free access to an easy shot at her.

Feelings, perhaps this was why she was in Slytherin, because at this very moment she bit back a snarky remark. She hated emotions she decided at this moment, there was no use in just allowing herself to be kind and open up to people, because when angered they'd simply throw things and make you the instigator. No, she decided that she wasn't going to simply open up anymore.

As he left, she got up and wiped the dirt from her clothing. Her eyes were dark, her hands still balled up and shaking as she reigned in her emotions. Turning the opposite direction, she walked towards the castle, enjoying the long way. As she walked away she threw the paper flower on the ground, but could not find herself to throw away the drawing. Rolling it up, she shrunk it in and put it in her pocket. She'd hide it somewhere she couldn't find it later.

At this very moment she needed a good dummy, and her punching gloves, and perhaps a good time to cry with Victoria.
