Lesson Two - Second Years
Darcie was looking forward to this lesson like she always was, however she was a little sad that she had missed the last few tasks between Hogwarts and Durmstrang, she made a promise to herself however to come to the next one as it was Aquila fighting in it.
Running a hand through her hair Darcie tied it up into a bobble and wondered about the times ahead, with Mik now being her friend again and with Luther being so close to her now, things were looking up for her.
A large smile on her lips she waited for her class to arrive, the lesson point was on the board like always;
'Cleromancy'

Re: Lesson Two - Second Years
Christielle entered the classroom, a wide smile on her face. She had a lot of fun in the Halloween Balls the previous days. "Hello, lehrer Vane." she said quietly as she made her way towards a seat.
Taking her Soothsaying book out, she looked up at the board. Cleromancy. She couldn't believe that they've actually reached that part of Soothsaying.
She opened her book to the right page and started reading a little while waiting for the other students to enter the room.

Soothsaying wasn't his favorite class, but it was still interesting. He took a seat next to Christielle. "Hello, Professor Vane, how are you?" Lars asked.
Cleromancy was the subject of today's lesson. Opening up his book, he began to read about it. Interesting, cleromancy was the rolling of dice, casting of lots, bones, and the like. Essentially used chance to determine fate, sounded pretty cool.

Re: Lesson Two - Second Years
Darcie smiled happily when she saw that there were her two normal and most wonderful students in her class today, they seemed to have a real knack for her lessons and she hoped that they would continue them until they were in their later years at school.
Giving them both a large happy smile Darcie sat down on the front of her desk so that she could be closer to them while she taught.
"Well hello there, welcome back, now today we are looking at the art of cleromancy, could you each give me one example of something that cleromancy covers?" she asked kindly.

"Sure, one example is the rolling of dice. Reading them after you throw them." Lars answered. Thankfully, this was something he had learned. Professor Vane was a pretty good teacher, and he liked her more than he did some of the others.

Christielle was about to answer, when Lars did. She smiled a little. At least they were both in Verstand. They could probably win a lot of points if they did their best.
"We're only lucky we have a lehrer like leher Vane." Christielle thought. She looked at her book again and prepared for the next question; if there was.

Darcie nodded her head and she smiled when Lars gave the answer, it was nice that he was so diligent in answering the questions that she gave the class to answer and he had calmed down some since he had first began the school.
"Correct Lars!" she said happily "10 points to Verstand."
Then she turned to the board and she wrote down a few more things that they would need to know about Cleromancy, like the different countries it is used in, and also the religious implications as it can be sued to define the word of God in some religious traditions, and their homework for the next lesson they had.
"Muggles have now developed a sort of cleromancy, it is a sort of toy, I don't know if you know of it but it's called a Magic Eight Ball, I'm going to bring it next lesson and you can have a go if you'd like." she smiled gently "Until next time, lesson dismissed."
