A Dragons Tale (Nobelio and Briony)

Briony had wondered about what was going to happen now that the dragon who lived in Hogwarts had been discovered by some fourth year students, she knew that they would be sensible about it however she was more than a little bit worried about if any other students would find out.

Sighing she pulled her large trench coat around herself and she walked through the forest, she had thought that it would be best if she seek out the dragon, Nobelio, and to see if he knew anything. not only about any other students being in the forest, but any of the information that has gone on in the creatures meeting.

Frowning she leant against the nearest tree and began to smoke, hopefully she would be able to find him before the sun went down, after all he was over 30 foot long, how hard could he be to find?

Nobelio sniffed the air. So another had wandered here. Getting up from his resting position, he made his way to the new human. He transformed into a little puppy and trotted over to the new scent. He rounded a tree and saw the human that he knew to be the headmistress. Deciding to make himself known, he shifted back into his Bronze Dragon form.

He noticed that she seemed cold, so with out a word, he spat a short flame onto a pile of sticks that she happened to be beside. It instantly caught fire and remained. He walked up to her. For being big, he could sure travel silently.

He laid down in front of the small fire. His glowing green eyes looked directly at her. "Greetings, ma'am," he said in a deep rumbling tone.

Briony looked over when she heard some movement, she had dismissed it at first but thought that it would be best to check what it was anyway, by the time she had looked it was clear that the source of the noise was in fact Nobelio, the very creature she had been looking for in the first place.

Now with the fire roaring next to her Briony conjured up a stool and sat down on it, looking right back at the dragon who was staring at her with his green glowing eyes.

"Hello to you also Nobelio." she said with a small nod, taking another drag from the cigarette as she began to slowly warm up from being so cold like she was before "I presume you know why I am here, you're more intelligent than me after all." she said with a smirk on her lips.
