Lesson Three - First Years Empty Lesson Three - First Years

Cobalt wandered into the classroom with a small yawn as he walked around to the back of his desk. Pulling the chair back, he sank down into the chair happily. Deciding to have the objective on the board, Cobalt waved his wand at the blackboard.

"Hello professor,"Melody said as she walked in.She wondered if she should have come in disguise after seeing what was written on the board.

Veronica entered the classroom and sighed. She wanted Christmas to last longer, but she couldn't do anything about school. It was still fun to learn magic, though.

She sat on one of the chairs and looked at the board after sitting down. Disguise. At least this was something she was good at.

Cobalt looked over his class. All Ravenclaws it seemed. Shrugging a little bit, Cobalt stood in front of his class, near the blackboard, for a few moments before speaking,

"Disguise is the most important part of any infiltrator's arsenal. Why? Well because the ability to look like someone other than yourself is invaluble." he told them simply, "You can change your appearance in charms, that's not what I'm going to teach you today. What I'm going to teach you today is how to change your voice to match any voice, accent or sound that you've ever heard. Recognise this sound?"

He tapped his throat and opened his mouth. Instead of words, all that came out when he moved his mouth to talk was the sound of falling rain. He tapped his throat again,

"That was the rainfall from last night." he told them with a smirk, "Can one of you tell me an advantage to being able to sound like something other than another person? Ten points if you can."

"Because if someone heard you they would think that it was just the rain so they'd let their guard down as no one expects rain to attack them and also it would make it easier to hide."
