Lesson Three- All Years

[Jadzia Krulle]

Jadzia was upset. She had just been informed that after her hasty departure some year ago, her position had never been filled. In fact, the subject hadn't been taught to a single student since. Imbecyle!

Shaking her frustrations off, in order to not take them out on the students, she waved her wand to swing the door to the classroom open. It was time for her class to start. She had combined this lesson with all years to see how many students she would have, as well as gauge what level of defense they were all at. However, She expected that they would be a combined group for the remaining term.

Lars walked into the Defence classroom, eager to start taking the class. The subject hadn't been taught since Professor Krulle had left a long time ago. Now she was back he really wanted to start taking it.

With his Defence book in hand, as well as his parchment, quill, and ink, he took a seat at the front of the class. "Hello Professor Krulle, I'd like to start taking your class. Nice to meet you, I'm Lars Wilhelm." he said, then waited for class to begin. Seemed they would be combined lessons for now at least.

Jadzia gave her student a brief smile. "Very good, Mr. Wilhelm. We will be begginning shortly."

Jadzia sat on the edge of her desk in the front of the room and briefly glanced at her notes. It was starting to look as if this would be a private tutoring session. Jadzia shook her head in exasperation. Of all the courses to be negelcted. Honestly!
