Lesson Three (First Years)
The Doctor walked down to the Standing Stones that acted as the Ancient Runes classroom, yawning as he did so. It was about time that he showed the students the true classroom. They were ready, or close enough. Yawning again, he waved at the students already there and leant against a standing stone to wait for the others to arrive.

Alys waited with the small group of students gathered near The Doctor as he leaned against a stone structure and yawned. The witch could sympathize, it had been a tiring week for her too. Perhaps it had been for everyone seeing as more students had still yet to come. Taking her now customary place behind the twins, the girl waited for class to begin.

The Doctor looked out at his class before holding up a hand, comically pretending to be a mime. Taking a piece of chalk he drew a circle and pointed to it. When none of the class understood he made an exaggerated face before drawing a triangle in the middle of the circle. He then connected the points of the triangle together. He then made some strange miming activities before an eggtimer, which no one had noticed, suddenly exploded. The Doctor groaned comically,
"Oh no... seems you ran out of time!" he mimed reading off of a que card, "The answer we were looking for was "A world of pure imagination" in charlie and the chocolate factory!"
He slapped the symbol he'd drawn and the ground rumbled, splitting aside to reveal a flight of stairs leading downwards. The Doctor took the steps two at a time as he decended into an underground classroom,
"Warm yourselves inside children!" he grinned, "Now... can anyone guess as to what kind of rune I used on the stone?"
