Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis bowed her head shamefully as her parents scolded her for having her elbows on the table as she ate. They called her several names, including 'useless!' 'waste of space' and 'an embarrassment to the Wilson name!'. Tears had welled up in her eyes, but she had held them back and looked up straight into her parents eyes.
"I am sorry to be such a disappointing daughter, just like you should be sorry for being terrible parents!" Pxyis exclaimed, stomping her foot as her lip curled. Her parents both looked ready to explode at her for such an outburst, for Pxyis had never spoken back to her parents, but she was so sick of them.
She missed Hogwart's dreadfully, and more importantly, Parker. She turned on her heel and ran from her parents, up the stairs, down a corridor or two, and then into her bedroom. Slamming the door shut behind her, she moved straight to her desk and got out a piece of parchment. Dipping her quill into the ink, her quill then hovered over her page.
Dear Parker,
My holiday's are terrible so far. We had guests and I put my elbows on the table while I was eating, so I just had a full lecture on how useless I am. They even went to far as to call me a waste of space. It hurts Parker, I wish they would just stop already. I mean, where have the days gone when they used to love me and care about me and scold me in a gentle way? Now it's just hate hate hate.
It's like they'll just use any reason to yell at me, or hurt my feelings! I am SO sick of it, so I talked back at them. You should've seen their faces, they looked like tomatoes they were so red from anger. And father's eye started to twitch. I ran before they could catch me, but they're sure to burst in her sooner or later.
I miss Hogwart's so much already. And you. I can't wait to go back and get out of this place, I hate it so much. So, so very much. I love Hogwart's, the fresh air, the acceptance of my peers. My muggle friends are too busy for me, hanging out with their new friends in secondary school. I'm so lonely right now, Parker, I wish you were here.
How have your holidays been? More precisely, have you had any trouble from your parents or those darned bullies?
- Missing you lots, Pxyis.
Pxyis wrote her name in a curly font and after dotting the 'i she tucked the letter into an envelope and scribbled 'Parker' on the front. Getting out his adress, she then wrote it also on the front before walking over to her window over-looking the waterfall part of the gardens. She opened the window and stuck her head out, making a clucking sound with her tongue.
A moment later, the family owl fluttered onto the window sill and nudged her finger affectionately. "Sorry Freckles, don't have any treats. Give this letter to Parker, his adress is," she looked at the letter and told the owl it. "And stay with him so he can write one back, okay girl?" Freckles hooted in response, and once Pxyis had attached the letter she flew off.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Parker let out a long sigh as he sat on the couch next to his old neighbor, holding a small baggy of ice to his face which wasn't all to bad considering the air conditioner was busted. Though having a sore face was never pleasant. Upon his return, the other kids in the neighborhood got out a short time after. Those on his street were curious as to where he went and when taking the trash out to the curb one day, he had told them it was to school. When they started mocking him for going to a 'special' school he got mad enough to decide to yell back to tell them to shut up, which promptly got him shoved to the ground, causing him to hit and bust his nose.
He was growing extremely bored of watching whatever old American western movie his neighbor insisted on watching constantly as the swelling in his nose lessened. He suspected she forgot that they'd watched it every time, considering she always watched it with the same amount of interest until she fell asleep. When she eventually did, he got up and went to the kitchen to get more ice, groaning at the possible bruise he felt forming under his eye. He really hoped his nose hadn't broken. He didn't think it hurt too bad, but he'd have to wait until his parents came home to be sure.
After grabbing the fresh baggy of ice, he went to his room, closing the door behind to keep the heat out. The blinds were shut tight over his window, leaving the room dark and quite cooler then the rest of the house. He laid down on his bed for a while when he heard tapping on his window. He shot up from his bed, wincing slightly, then quickly made his way to the window, opening it and letting the bird in, then swiftly securing the blinds over the window again.
After removing the letter from the bird's foot as it perched on the stands on his bed, he sat at his desk , reading through it, frowning. He pulled out a paper and a pen, writing back.
Pxyis,
I'm sorry things have been so terrible for you. They've got no reason to just be so outright terrible to you. But it's their problem, not yours, so try not to let it get to you. You know you're better then them, so you shouldn't let them get you down. Maybe they need a good jab at their pride once in a while, to realize how bad they really are. Doesn't your nanny do anything about it?
As for me, I've watched far to many old movies that I've seen before for my health. Humphrey actually wrote to be as well, with hopes that we'd be friends next year or something. I told him we'd see.
My house feels way too hot as the air conditioner in my house broke, and neither of my parents have been home long enough in the past few days to realize. I'm bored out of my mind. And I really hope my nose isn't broken... though when mum comes home I'll have her check.
I've got nothing to do and no one to to talk to, so I've just sort of been laying around and started walking to the library to read. It's sort of far away, but it's nice. I'm glad you wrote and I hope your break gets better.
-Parker.
After writing he sighed, folding up the letter. He stood and walked over to the owl, trying to secure it on the same way Pxyis had. "Send this back to Pxyis, alright?" He pet its head carefully as he drew back the blinds and opened his window wide enough for the bird to fly out. Once it flew off his closed his window again and laid back in bed with the baggy of ice resting on his face.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis was wandering the busy and bustling streets of London, pushing through the crowds to get to the shopping complex. Once she had managed to break free of the crowds, she stumbled into the shopping centre and checked her muggle wallet to see how much muggle money she had.
After a moment, she managed to figure out that she had a lot of money on her right now. Her parents were going to give her hell when she got home, but why should she care? It was her birthday, and they had forgotten. Of course, she thought to herself. Since when did they ever remembered her birthday? She felt sad as she walked along and looked around for a store full of things that her muggle friends had, like computers or fellytone's.
Finally, she saw a store full to the bursting with stuff like that and she walked inside like a kid in a candy store full of all new never seen before lollies. Her eyes roved the store, before she saw a section of mobile phones. She walked over there and looked at them all. There were some fancy looking ones, and there were kids pointing at sighing in longing at some phone. She wandered over to them and saw them ogling a phone called 'iPhone 4S'.
Pxyis decided she would get one, so she walked over to the store man. "I'd like an... erm... iPhone 4S please?" She hoped she didn't look to confused, she was only getting what everyone else seemed to think was cool. Once she got it, she left and did more wandering, and after an hour she went to where her friends had said to meet her - at the bottom of the stairs of the cinema.
Pxyis waited... and waited... and waited... but her friends didn't show. After 20 minutes, not one had arrived. She sat down on the steps, but even after a whole hour of playing with her new phone - that she had managed to figure out how to use - they weren't there. Frustrated, Pxyis returned home, and once she did she stormed straight up to her room where Freckles was with a letter.
She read Parker's letter, and then wrote one back.
Parker,
No, she can't. They'll fire her, and she knows how much I love her and she loves living at our place. She has no where else to go, and I won't allow her to get fired on my behalf. The only old movies I like are western ones, and even they get pretty boring after a while.
Air... conditioning? Oh! I know that! Yes, we just use a cooling charm at my house, but you can't obviously. Im sorry Parker, I wish there was something I could do. I'd give you money, but im positive you'd just send it back. Besides, if I took THAT much money out of my account, mother and father will kill me.
I bought one of those mobile phones, it's called iPhone 4S. Im not sure how to use it exactly, but i've mostly got it figured out. I know about the 'text'ing thing now, but I think i'll stick to letters. I like the games you can buy on it though! They are fun!
It's my birthday today. My friend's were meant to meet me at the cinema, but after an hour I realised they weren't going to show up. And mother and father never remember my birthday. Wish I could spend the day with you.
WHAT ARE YOU ON ABOUT? WHY WOULD YOUR NOSE BE BROKEN? GIVE ME ONE GOOD REASON NOT TO FLOO TO YOUR HOUSE RIGHT NOW, MISTER!
- A Concerned Pxyis.
Pxyis attached the letter to Freckles leg, and informed her to find Parker. The owl hooted and took off again, and Pxyis sat by the window, staring outside sadly. Did no one care about her anymore?

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Parker had just been napping and reading through some books he'd gotten on a recent walk to the library. As it grew later and he got hungry, he left his room to go to the kitchen to make himself up something to eat. There wasn't much to eat as a good trip to the grocery store hadn't been made in a while, and whatever his neighbor had brought over was gross old person type foods. Parker sighed as he stood before the fridge and freezer, a nearly empty tub of icecream sitting in the back. When he caught sight of it, Parker grabbed it and a spoon then sat at the counter as he ate.
He listened to his neighbor snore as she slept sitting on the couch, the telly still on in the living room. As he finished the icecream, he was looking around trying to think of something else to make up. Maybe something that would make a mess so he could occupy himself with cleaning later. Parker rolled his eyes at his own train of thought, standing on the kitchen counter and looking through the cupboards when he heard a tapping at the window. He turned his head, seeing the owl, and lept off the counter, opening the window to let it in. He didn't worry that his neighbor would wake as she always slept very soundly. The owl perched on one of the chairs as he removed the letter, reading through it.
He was about to go to his room to write back, but only got as far as 'it's my birthday today' before putting down the letter on the counter and rummaging the cupboards again. He had it set in his mind immediately that he had to do something for her. He didn't have the time or money to buy anything, so why not make her something? While at first he saw he didn't really have anything to make, he found all the basic ingredients he needed. He found a pen nearby and after reading over the rest, he flipped the parchment over to write on the back of it as he was preparing to bake her something. Going back and forth between it and writing.
Pxyis,
First of all, PLEASE, don't come. I'm fine. I just fell is all. And as I said, it might not be, it's getting better. Secondly, Happy Birthday, and I'm sorry that your friends did that to you. Is there another cinema near by? Maybe they just got mixed up? And at least you've got your nanny, right? Also, as it turns out we were watching western movies. They bore me to death.
Oh, please, don't send anything. My dad has a friend that could fix it up for nothing once they get home and I can tell them. I especially wouldn't want you to get into trouble with them.
Wow, you really got that phone?? It's certainly a good thing for a present, but I'd be careful with it when you're walking around. The other day at the library this girl got hers stolen.
I wish I could spend the day with you too, and since I had nothing else to do, I made you a gift.
-Parker.
P.S. What kind of treats to owls like, by the way? It's always so patient when I'm writing. I mean, I'm sure I could always just catch some mice for it or something...
After he finished the cookies he had made, which for his first time trying to make them all on his own, were pretty good, almost burnt on some parts though. He had secured them in a bag as he tied both the letter and the small bag to the owl. He pet it and then went over to the window, opening it and telling the bird to go back to Pxyis. Once it flew away and he closed the window, he set to clean up the kitchen.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis had been sitting at the window, watching Freckles fly away with her letter to Parker. A gust of wind blew her hair off of her face, and a sudden idea sprung to mind. She had forgotten to practice so far, so she leapt off of her chair and out of her bedroom. Moving through the corridors, she wandered down the stairs and to the entrance hall, were the doors stood firmly shut. She turned the handle and stepped outside, closing the door behind her as she walked down the porch steps and onto the cobblestone path.
Turning sharply, she walked across the path to the soft, luscious, springy green grass and kicked off her sandals as she reached the grass. Her feet enjoyed the softness beneath them as she moved along to the side of the house, dodging rocks and sticks as she did so. Finally, she reached the waterfall with its beautiful and magnificent 'lake' that it flowed into. Around the lake were bushes of gorgeous flowers that were in full bloom, despite it being summer.
Pxyis snorted at the thought, for the sky was overcast a gloomy. The way she liked it. Hot weather annoyed her, so living in England was a pleasure, for it was nearly always cold and gloomy. She sat down on one of the sitting stones, dipping her feet into the cool water. She focused on the air behind her and imagined her minds hand pushing the water around. Almost instantly, a feeling of cold swept through her stomach and up her arm, into her hand.
As she twirled her hand, she twirled her minds hand as well and was pleased to see the water twirl. With a gasp she let the wind drop and sighed. Bored, she returned to her room to see Freckles waiting for her. She hadn't realised how long she'd been outside, and eagerly took the packet of cookies and the letter. Reading the letter first, she laughed and smiled as her eyes roved over the parchment.
"Oh, Parker." She giggled, before proceeding to write a letter back while munching on delicious cookies.
Parker,
You're an idiot. Im just glad it wasn't those bullies, and I promise I won't come. Promise. Actually, scratch that last part! I can't promise anything if you get into any trouble. I'll be there as fast as lightning, and i'll give those bullies a piece of my mind. People will think im nuts, but i'll be so proud of myself.
My nanny is too busy to spend time with me, though she did say Happy Birthday and is in the process of making a cake. I wish I had a friend though.
There are no other cinema's we ever go to, they specifically said that one. I don't think they care about me anymore, but I don't mind. At least I have you, hey? You're better than 10 of them combined.
People would steal a mobile phone? How rude. And fine, I won't send money. That's good that you can get it fixed for free, though. My muggle friend had to buy a new one because hers kept breaking.
The cookies are delicious!
-Pxyis.
P.S. Freckles loves chips, butterbeer and cookies. Or bread. But mostly cookies. She loves them!
Pxyis attached the letter to Freckles' leg, and then since Parker had sent her some cookies she hurried down to the kitchen. "Hello Nancy. Have you got the cake done yet?" She asked. Nancy nodded and proudly got the cake out of the fridge. It was chocolate with a layer of cream in the middle, and chocolate icing on the top with strawberries and cream. "Can I have a slice packaged, I want to send a piece to Parker?" Nancy sliced up a piece, placed a charm on it, wrapped it up and put it in a box. "Thanks." Pxyis then took the letter off of Freckles' leg, sello-taped it to the box and gave Freckles the box. "Can you carry this?" Pxyis asked, and Freckles hooted indignantly, before taking the box and sweeping away.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
After having spent a long time cleaning and it getting time for the other kids to be going in for dinner, Parker had gone to his room, grabbing the books he'd finished which he checked out from the library. With his card in his pocket and his old neighbor woken but concentrated in another movie, he snuck out. He walked the long way to the library, having dropped off the books and spending quite a bit of time picking out some new ones to read. After checking them out, he made the trek back home.
When he came back to the house, there was a car parked in the driveway, his mother's car. He grinned and ran inside, the book still in his arms, forgetting the fact that he really should have not been out of the house. The moment he walked in, however, his grin dropped when he heard arguing. His neighbor had packed up the few things she brought over and gave Parker a friendly smile and kiss on the cheek as she walked out and to her own home.
Parker stood at the door a moment later, taking a few more steps into the house. He snuck his way back to his room to drop of the books when he then heard a tap at his window. He opened it, with the owl perching itself on his bedpost again. He smiled when he saw the packaged attatched. Petting the bird, he took package and letter from it's leg. Sitting down at his desk again, reading it. He frowned to himself, faaling bad about not being completely truthful to her about his nose. But it really was nothing to worry over, and he didn't want her to do so.
He read through the rest as he opened up the box to the most perfect slice of cake. He took a piece with his fingers as he grabbed a paper and pen to write back.
Pxyis,
I just hope they keep up not pestering me as much. I've settled into a nice routine where I can avoid them nearly all the time. Even if they do, I'm fine. I don't need you coming to my rescue ALL the time! haha.
Luck you to get a cake though, which is amazingly good, by the way, thank you and thank her for making it. I usually just get this really good pudding my neighbor makes up right quick.
Though, honestly, I don't see how they could just forget you like that. What terrible people. Not a letter, nothing? And again, I wish I could be there.
There are a lot of things people do that are bad just because they're jealous and want other people's things. One of the kids around here snatches things from the local market sometimes, just 'cause he can. I hope one day I can buck up enough so that I can tell them so, warn them, you know?
I'm glad you liked them, I've never really done anything like that before, and I couldn't do anything else for you. If I could get you a proper gift I would.
-Parker.
P.S. Well, those certainly don't sound like owl treats! Mouse hunting tomorrow it is. There a nest of them in my backyard, and it'll keep me occupied.
After sending the letter out back to her, he went out of his room in order to get a fork to eat the rest of the cake.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis was blissfully happy with a bag of cookies in her hand as she skipped out of her room and down the hall. She stopped when the portrait of Draco Malfoy laughed cheerily at her. "What has you so happy, dear Pxyis?" He asked. Pxyis turned to the painting and smiled. Truly, the war could change people for the better. Perhaps when her parents got involved in the war, they would learn to love not only each other, but her again.
"Why I have a friend who actually cares about me! Look what he made for my birthday!" She held up the bag of cookies, and Draco smiled heartily. "How wonderful! You know, Pxyis, i've seen the way your parents treat you. Do not let them force you into an arranged marriages like myself, for though I was the best of friends with my wife, we only ever 'did the deed' to produce an heir. Marry for love, Pxyis. Marry for love." Draco's eyes went dreamy as he obviously thought about the one he loved, and Pxyis beamed at him.
"Thank you, distant grandpa." Pxyis told him, waving as she was off again. She munched on another cookie, before tucking the bag into the waistband of her black skinny jeans and jumping onto the banister of the staircase. She laughed as she slid all the way down to the bottom and jumped off of the banister, dashing along to the kitchen. Never had she been so happy before, not since her parents lost their love for her.
When she skidded into the kitchen, it was to see a cross looking Nancy with hands on her hips as she eyed her sternly. Pxyis ignored this as she held out the bag of cookies. "Try one!" She exclaimed, and when Nancy took it her eyes widened. "Who made this?" Nancy asked, bewildered as she licked the crumbs off of her lips and fingers. "Parker." Pxyis supplied, and Nancy smiled. "He's brilliant. Can bake, intelligent, and you tell me he's in tune with your feelings and sweet? Also a rather nice looking fellow, is he pureblood?" Pxyis knew the idea Nancy had, and she snorted with laughter.
"Nancy! He's my friend, im not going to have an arranged marriage with him! Besides, he's muggleborn." Pxyis saw disappointment on Nancy's face, and she patted her nanny on the shoulder. "I'll be fine, Nancy. Don't worry about little old me." Pxyis turned and left the kitchen, wandering outside and sitting in the gazebo. That was when Freckles flew over and perched on her shoulder, holding out her leg with the letter attached. Pxyis took the letter, read it and rushed to her room so that she could write one back.
Parker,
The moment they mess with you, please tell me. I'm only joking about coming over there, I wouldn't want to upset you or cause you problems if your parents found out about it. I only wish to know so I can give you emotional support, and I promise if father hits me again i'll tell you. He hardly ever hits me, but sometimes he gets frustrated and whacks me really hard on the head.
I gave Nancy one of your cookies, by the way. She thought they were brilliant, and NO ONE'S cooking impresses Nancy. She had this idea of suggesting you to mother and father for an arranged marriage! She's ridiculous, we're only 12 for goodness' sake! Well, you're 11 but 12 soon! I told her you're muggleborn though, she seemed upset.
I talked to the portrait of Draco Malfoy, he had an arranged marriage. He's my very, very great grandfather. He said to marry for love, and don't let mother and father boss me around.
That's terrible! Pity we're not Gryffindor's, then you'd have the courage! What a horrible boy, i'd like to stun him I would.
Parker, don't worry about a 'proper' gift. Making something yourself is a million times better than buying it yourself. That was my most favourite present, ever!
- All my love, Pxyis.
P.S. Freckles will be delighted. Please don't bother if it's going to take too much effort. She's really happy with anything.
Pxyis attached the letter to Freckles leg and watched as she flew away, before the doors downstairs slammed shut and her parents voices drifted through the house. Immediately, Pxyis rushed to greet them.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Parker went out to the kitchen where his parents where still arguing quietly about what the expenses were for one thing or another. The moment he walked into the kitchen, they stopped. His father groaned and shook his head as he walked out and to the living room. He smiled at his mother as he went to grab a fork, but she questioned him asking him if he's already eaten and why's he eating in his room, and doesn't he know they don't have to money to just snack all day and night. He frowned, apologising to her. He still hadn't been able to talk to her about his year at school, and as much as he wanted to, he knew she wouldn't be too interested. Plus, he needed to have his nose checked.
Before she left to finish her argument he spoke up, "Uh- mum? I was playing around in the yard and tripped. Smacked me nose and it hurts an awful lot- could we go to the doctor to make sure it's not broken?" His dad spoke up from the living room, "Park, yer fine. Ya need t' suck it up, boy. We've wasted too much money on that bloody fake school of yours to be able to spare doctor visits." His mother rolls her eyes and starts arguing with his father that "Oh, there's no money for that, but enough money to go out renting hotels all the time!?"
Parker carefully touched his nose, still hurts. He sighed and went back into his room with the fork. Maybe he could ask later, or tomorrow. He sat back at his desk, eating the cake. After finished he went over to the snake cage, pulling out the snake which he decided to name Gerald based off some random character in those movies he always watched with his neighbor.
He laid back on his bed, watching Gerald twist and move around his and and up and around his arm. He thought back on the whole Pas- whatever tongue. Talking to snakes. That would be so interesting to know what they think about. Plus, then he'd have someone to actually talk to here. He really wanted to ask Professor Slytherin about it. After all, it was a language like any other, so why wouldn't he be able to learn it?
He heard a peck at the window and got up, setting Gerald back in his cage. He let the owl in, it taking its perch on his bed post again. He removed and read the letter, then sat at his desk and started writing back.
Pxyis,
Your father?? Why would he ever do such a thing?? You better tell me. That's such a terrible thing to do and there's never an excuse for that. My mum always taught me how bad it is to hit girls, not that I would ever hit anyone, but just that it's an especially bad thing to do
I'm just fine with them Pxyis, it's really nothing to worry over, I promise.
Oh, wow, really? I didn't think they were really that good, I mean, I nearly burnt them! And what a funny thing to say over just some cookies. Wait, was she upset that you're friends with me?
Draco Malfoy? Wasn't he one of the bad guys in the Second Wizarding War? And...wait a moment, how can you TALK to a portrait?? Sorry, I have so many questions!
I'm really glad you like it, and hopefully in the future better birthdays are waiting!
-Parker.
P.S. Ah, so Freckles is her name. I've been calling her just 'good bird'. It's not a problem at all I need to get some for my snake anyways.
He then sent the letter off back to Pxyis and sat by the window for a while, watching Freckles fly off until he couldn't see her anymore.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis arrived at the bottom of the staircase just as her parents walked up to it, bickering over something and Pxyis strained her ears to here as they frowned at one another. "- ought to get rid of her. She's a menace, a disgrace." Her father was saying as he turned full on to his wife. Pxyis shrunk back on the staircase into the shadows as they stood near it. "Can't just leave her on the streets!" Her mother cried back. Both of them were glaring at each other, and they continued to argue over this 'her' for a moment, until her father said something that made her heart freeze. "I want her out of my house, she is a disgrace to this family!"
Pxyis let out a sob and both of her parents turned in surprise to her as she buried her face in her hands. "I- I- I- Im sorry!" She was sobbing now, horrified that her parents wanted to get rid of her. Rage ripped through her and she leapt up, pointing a shaking finger at her parents as her face slowly went red. "I HATE YOU! YOU'RE TERRIBLE PARENTS, YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ME! YOU DON'T LOVE ME! WHERE DID THAT GO? WHERE DID THE DAYS GO WHEN YOU LOVED ME AND CARED ABOUT ME?" Pxyis shrieked, turning and running to the kitchens where she was welcomed by Nancy's arms around her.
Slowly, she turned as Nancy mumbled 'Hello' to someone at the doorway, and there was her father. He knelt down and opened his arms up for Pxyis, and Nancy nudged her over to him. The moment her father's arms wrapped around her Pxyis felt fear. He lifted her up and carried her out to the lounge room, slamming her down on the chair and slapping her across the face. "How dare you speak to us like that, when we feed you, clothe you and pay for your expenses! You are very close to being kicked out onto the streets, Pxyis Wilson!" Her father growled, and Pxyis nodded.
Once she was done being yelled at and hit on the head, she ran back to her room where Freckles awaited her, hooting sadly as the owl looked at her red face and tear stained cheeks. Pxyis took the letter and stroked Freckles feathers as she read it, writing back a reply and frowning as her tears fell onto the page and made blotches of some of her writing. It was still read-able, but she didn't like that he would know she was crying.
She couldn't help it though, she'd only end up wasting parchment because she would keep crying on the page.
Parker,
Father thinks that I am a disgrace to my family, and when he finds my behaviour un-acceptable he gives me a few slaps and wacks me on the back of the head. It's why I get so mad when you say that those bullies hurt you, for they don't have a right too! They are not your family, so they do not get to treat you that way!
It's not over the cookies, silly! I've told her all about you, and she said because you're intelligent, nice looking (she thinks so - not that I don't! Just... not in THAT way!) and can cook, I could actually have an arranged marriage with someone I like. That would be so weird... don't you think? She was upset because I said you're muggleborn, so mother and father would never arrange that. Besides, I wouldn't want them too... it'd be so weird when we talked together. Don't you think?
Draco Malfoy wasn't a bad guy, he was just on the bad guys team, you know? His parents made him, and he did bad things because if he didn't Voldemort was going to kill him and his family, and Slytherin's have been known to be fiercely loyal to their families.
I can talk to portrait's because... well, actually I don't know. I know that in the muggle world, your pictures don't move and talk to you or one another or anything, but ours do. Don't worry about your questions, I like helping you out.
- Pxyis.
She attached the letter to Freckles leg and watched as she flew away, before her lap was suddenly jumped on by Leilani, who licked the tears off of her cheeks and then curled up in a ball on her.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Hearing the arguing in the house quiet down, and getting thoroughly restless with being stuck in his room most the day, Parker had snuck out his window as he often did as it began to grow dark. He walked around the neighborhood for a while, going up and down the streets as the street lights came on. He listened to the traffic and the dogs barking. He make his way over to the small park nearby, relaxing on the bench neat a small stream. He heard some talking and saw an old, and most likely homeless, man walking aroun, so he decided it best to start making his way back home.
He walked along the sidewalks back home, and once home he went into the backyard, laying on his back and watching the sky. There were so little stars compared to back at Hogwarts, the air not as fresh either. He let out a long sigh, running a hand through his hair as he sat up, hearing the sound of wings when Freckles returned.
Parker stood and went to the window as she pecked at his window. He opened it letting her in first before climbing in himself. he sat at his desk, after taking the letter and started reading it. He was very worried when he saw the tear marks on the paper, and started writing back, hurriedly, just wanting to check if she was okay, leaving out what they were chatting about before.
What's wrong Pxyis? Did something happen? And just so you know, him being your dad makes it even more unacceptable then those bullies because your parents are supposed to be the ones to protect you. If something ever happens and you don't feel safe, you can sneak here. I'd be okay with it if for that reason.
I'd say reply right away but with the time it takes to send the letters back and forth, I might be asleep by the time your reply comes. If something serious did happen, then write right back. If you're okay, it might be best to wait till morning.
-Please don't be sad, Parker.
He quickly tied off the letter and sent it back to Pxyis.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis sat up in her bedroom for as long as she could, playing a game called 'Angry Birds Lite' on her phone. Those darned pigs were laughing at her again, and it made her lip curl in annoyance. "Stupid pigs." She snarled, crashing down a large pile of blocks and squashing the pigs. "Ha! Take that!" The stinging in her cheek had long since left, and she had decided she deserved it.
After all, to be a Wilson meant you had to be perfect and etiquette, and she was nothing of the sorts so of course her parents were mad at her. It was all empty threats, but she had taken it the wrong way and spoken back in a rude mannor. She deserved to be hit. She pressed the 'lock' button with a sigh and slid her phone under her pillow. Standing, she stared at her picture of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley all laughing with the words shimmering underneath 'And to these 3, we owe our lives.'
Pxyis sucked in a deep breath, looking outside to see the sun beginning to set. Exiting her room, she moved down to the large dining hall and saw Nancy placing down trays of food. She looked up when Pxyis stepped in and smiled sympathetically as she motioned to a chair. Pxyis took a seat, and stared down at her plate as her mother and father entered. "What an exquisite idea, Hestia my darling. Cream curtains." Her father was saying to her mother as they took their seats.
Quickly, Nancy served each of them and her parents continued conversing as if she didn't exist. She ate in silence, and quickly excused herself and practically ran to her bedroom. There, Freckles was perched on her desk with a letter. Pxyis took the letter off and frowned at Parker's concern. She had no idea what to tell him, so she decided to sleep on it.
-
Pxyis awoke early, and with nothing else to do she decided to write a letter back to Parker.
Parker,
Nothing is wrong. Leilani just dribbled all over my parchment is all. As I was saying, my father does have a right to hit me. It's not hard, just when I misbehave. Don't worry about me, Park, I can take care of myself. You know that.
I'll keep the offer in mind, so if I show up in the middle of the night PLEASE don't freak out. I probably won't show up, if mother or father found out they'd murder me. Actually, the probably wouldn't even noticed I was gone. They completely ignored me at dinner. Such wonderful parents I have.
How did you sleep? How were your parents? Have they argued much lately? I really can't wait to get back to Hogwart's.
- Im not sad, Pxyis.
Pxyis attached the letter to Freckles who was patiently waiting, before the bird took off.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Despite how tired he was, he struggle to fall asleep because of both worry and discomfort. He worried about that was going on with Pxyis, but tried to comfort himself in knowing she was strong and would be able to get through it. He was in discomfort from the constant and growing pressure in his face in his nose. At first he was optimistic, with the pressure having left after he got the bleeding to stop when it happened. But now he was worried as it didn't ease up. He tossed and turned through the night, ending up not getting a very good night's sleep.
Somewhat early he woke from his light sleep by a tapping on the window. He rubbed his eyes, wincing at the pressure and sensitivity still there. Hearing the tapping again, he got up slowly and made his way to the window, letting Freckles in to perch on the bed post again. He yawned as he took the letter and sat at his dest to read and write back, sighing at the first part of the letter.
Pxyis,
I'm sorry, but I don't believe you. What happened? And no matter what no one has any right to hit you. No matter what. I know you're strong and all, but i know how terribly hard it must be.
Maybe you should just leave to startle them up a bit. Most people don't know what they have until they've lost it, and they'll realize just what you mean to them. Plus whatever you lack in them, you're friends make up that. I know I will. Are you writing to anyone else?
I didn't sleep to well last night, my nose doesn't seem to be getting better now. My parents had come home last night and I tried to talk to my mom, but they were in the middle of some argument and my dad had told me I needed to suck it up because we can't afford it because of how much schools costs. I'll ask my mom today again, since I think they're just not talking now and she might take me to the doctor just to spite him.
Oh and you should try to meat with your friends today, find out what happened with them. You should tell them off, because what they did was wrong.
-Parker.
He sighed, as he folded up the letter, and tied it to Freckles leg. He pet her and told her he'd get her some nice treats today as he send her off with with letter to Pxyis.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis yawned as she stuffed pancakes down her throat, licking her lips once she had cleaned off her plate. Luckily for her, her parents had left early that morning for work- so there would be no awkward run in's with them. She looked up as Nancy bustled in and began to clean up after her. "Thanks, Nancy." She mumbled, getting up and wandering.
She entered the library and ran her finger along the bindings of the books as she walked along, frowning. She didn't feel like reading, and she wished she had something to do to distract her. Heck, she'd even want to do homework right now she was that bored. She sighed and continued walking, out of the library, out of the manor, out of the manor's grounds.
Pxyis turned around and saw that Nancy hadn't seen nor heard her exit, so she quickly ran along and across the road to the forest. She jogged through the forest until she reached her secret clearing. Well, it wasn't hers but she considered it hers because it was her favourite place to go when she needed to think.
The smell of the forest filled her nostrils and she smiled in contentment as she sat down on a relaxation stone and listened to the running water of the nearby river. Her eyes drifted shut and she slid off the stone, laying down on the soft grass and falling asleep.
-
Pxyis was rather rudely awoken a few hours after drifting to peaceful sleep by Freckles, who stuck out her leg for Pxyis to take the letter. Pxyis took it and stroked Freckles feathers as she read, gnawing on her lip. How could she lie to Parker?
Rushing home, Pxyis sat at her desk and scribbled back a reply.
Parker,
Alright fine, you got me. I yelled at mother and father, so father slapped me a couple of times. Im fine, I spoke out of term and I kind of deserved it. It was very rude of me, and I learnt my lesson. Don't worry about it.
No, im not writing to anyone else, and you really think I should leave? Im not sure if that's a good idea, where would I go?
And to be honest, Park, I know you're lying. Those bullies did that to your nose, didn't they? I'm not an idiot, you can't lie to me just like a can't lie to you. I told you the truth, so now you can tell me, alright? Alright.
That's so rude of your parents, and im sorry they can't afford it. I could give you some money if you want, I have loads? It would really be my way of saying thank you for the cookies. And for being my friend.
If your mum says yes, that's great but I can still give you money.
I don't feel like talking to them. I don't think I want to hang out with them anymore, either.
- Pxyis...
Pxyis put the letter on Freckles' leg and buried her face in her hands. She was only 12 and already she had seen and experienced more than any other 12 year old on the history of the planet.
Okay, maybe she was exaggerating, but still.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Parker went out of his room to the kitchen where his mother was eating breakfast, quietly getting a glass of juice to drink, sitting down beside her. He stayed silent, drinking as she read the morning paper. She glanced over at him and asked if they should stop my the doctor while his father was still asleep. He sighed and nodded, feeling his dull pain and headache.
As his mother and him drove there, he was thinking over and hating the idea that his mother was using him to get back at his father. He didn't want to be put in the middle of their fighting. Made an object of their marriage he knew and worried was coming to a fast close. They hardly spoke to one another as they waited in the waiting room at the hospital, other then his mother asking if the books for this year will be as much as last. He told her he suspected so and she sighed.
A long while later they got in and after a quick resetting of the cartilage, which was terribly painful, they were sent on their way. When he got back home he went to his room, seeing that Freckles was waiting on the window sill. He opened the window, letting her in, then taking the letter, reading it and then writing back.
Pxyis,
I really don't get the way they work. They shouldn't act so surprised when you act out, considering they way they treat you. Do they not realize how ad they are to you?
Like I said, you could always sneak over here. My parents aren't home often, and they never come in my room. I could even make up a place for you to sleep.
Look, I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to lie to you, after all, It did happen because I fell. I've been keeping away form them since. I did go to the doctor for the reasons I suspected, and it was broken, but they fixed it and it should be fine.
I'd flattered by the offer and all, but please, no. I don't want to be some burden, I'm sure we have enough to get by. I don't tell you these things cause I expect money, and I don't want to feel like I'm being paid to be your friend. I know it's not what you're intentions are, but still. If you really want to make up for the cookies, just wait for my birthday, though honestly, I don't want anything.
I know you're upset with them, but why wouldn't you want to hang out with them anymore? You need someone, after all...
-Parker.
He folded the letter, sending it off with Freckles, watching again as she flew away.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis returned to the manor after a few hours of shopping in Diagon Alley with Nancy. The only things they'd managed to accomplish was buying some more spell books and cook books. Pxyis still didn't have her list for the next school year, so she couldn't buy her new books and other things. Nancy was rambling about something or other, and Pxyis just couldn't be bothered actually paying attention. She placed the bags in her hands on the kitchen counter, and she excused herself to the library.
In a mood for reading, she examined her favourite row of fantasy books and spotted a popular muggle series that she had bought without the knowledge of her parents. Deciding to read the series again, she grabbed the first book in the Lord of the Rings series and sat down on the armchair.
After an hour or so of reading, she placed the book down and returned to her room, tired and sleepy, but when Freckles flew in her eyes lit up and she felt re-energised as she read Parker's letter. She frowned at his suggestion she stay with him, she wasn't sure what to do. She really, really didn't want to be a burden to him.
Parker,
They're nuts, of course they don't realise how bad they are. They think the sun shines out of their asses.
I don't want to be a burden, so don't worry about it. I'm fine, I mean, before we know it we'll be back at school so I won't have to worry about them for another school year. Thanks for the offer though.
Well good, make sure you don't let them get to you. Just ignore them when they tease you, they're only after a reaction. If you don't react, they won't act.
That's a funny concept, paying someone to be your friend. That'd be really sad if people hate you so much you have to buy stuff to keep them around. That'd make me really sad, knowing that none of my friends really liked me that much. I'm only offering you money because I have so much and you have so little and it makes me feel bad. And of course i'll get you something for your birthday, don't be ridiculous!
- Pxyis.
Pxyis put the letter on Freckles leg, and waited until the bird was gone until she went back downstairs to see what Nancy was up to.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
After writing, he'd resolved to go to the backyard and get those mice for Gerald and Freckles. He'd found where they lived easily enough and hadn't moved since the last time he did this. He waited patiently, having devised a small trap to catch them. He knew his snake only ate them live, but he wasn't too sure about owls...he hoped they didn't mind. After an hour or so he ended up catching three of them and took the containers he caught them in, into the house and to his room where he set them down. He immediately fed one to Gerald then went to lay down on his bed with a sigh.
He turned and took from the pile of books he'd recently checked from the library and was reading through them. Mostly educational, on a wide range of topics, from certain historical events, to about animals, to medical things. He kept his head propped up on some pillows to keep the pressure from his face, and read for a few hours. He would hear the occasional complaining from his mother coming from the kitchen as she worked on paper work and was on the phone arguing with co-workers. He sighed, trying to block her out and delve back into the world of the books.
He looked up and quickly opened the window when Freckles came in. He untied the letter from her leg, then went to go get one of the mice he caught, but he thought to ask Pxyis about the whole mouse thing first before trying to feed Freckles it. He sat down at his desk reading through the letter and writing back.
Dear Pyxis,
Maybe you should try to approach them about it a different way? Rather then yelling at them, you should...write a letter perhaps. Telling them you are sorry for being so disrespectful and telling them why you feel you had to do that. Tell them how you feel in a respectful way. I've been listening to my mum argue with people from her work all day, and people seem to not want to listen if they're being yelled at or outright blamed.
Yeah, it's not a very good idea, is it? It wouldn't be that much of a burden, don't worry. I know you'll be fine. You're strong enough to be able to get through it.
Yeah, I've managed to be able to avoid them recently. I was even in my backyard for a few hours and they didn't bug me. Speaking of which, does Freckles eat live mice? I don't want to try to give her it if she won't eat it.
There are apparently a lot pf people that do that. Or that people are only friends with them because they've got the money and get get stuff from them. It's sad, really. My dad's like that with a few people from work according to my mum.
I've no clue what I would want for my birthday though!
-Parker.
He pet Freckles as he attached the letter and sent it off, then went back to reading.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis beamed at Nancy as she entered the kitchen. Nancy turned to her with a grin. "Bored?" Her nanny asked in a tone that stated she already knew the answer. Which, Pxyis mused, she probably did. "Of course I am. Got anything I can do? Cleaning? Anything?" Pxyis begged, giggling at Nancy's bewildered expression. Pxyis hated chores of all kinds, so this was something new. Looking around, Nancy suddenly smiled. "Could you make me some brownies? Ingredients are on page 14." Nancy pointed at a muggle desserts book, and Pxyis grinned. She loved cooking, and since she was loyal to the law and didn't know how to do it with magic anyway, she was cooking the muggle way.
After Pxyis had collected the ingredients, she mixed the brownie mix in a bowl with egg, milk and flour, before putting the mixture into a tray and placing it in the oven. After that, she set to work making the chocolate icing. That didn't take too long, and so she ate some of her cake whilst she waited for the brownies. Finishing off her cake, she cleaned up the kitchen whilst Nancy left to do some housework, and finally the brownies were done. Pulling the tray out the oven, she iced the brownies and grinned. Pxyis wrapped up the brownies in glad-wrap and placed half of them in a box, getting some parchment from the study and using her favourite quill that she hardly ever used, she wrote in emerald ink: To The Emery's on it.
Then, Pxyis went upstairs and was delighted to see Freckles perched on her windowsill. Pxyis licked brownie crumbs off of her lips as she read Parker's letter, before she looked at Freckles with a small smile. "Think you can carry this?" Pxyis motioned to the box, and Freckles just hooted in response.
Parker,
I think i'll stick to yelling, it releases my anger better. But mostly i've been avoiding mother and father, not that that's hard, after all they're at work all day so I hardly ever see them. I hardly think they deserve respect, though I am a tad bit of a naughty child. I still won't treat them with respect, for they have never treated me kindly.
Of course im strong enough, and smart enough too. I don't go waltzing into lake's now do I? Only joking, you could never have known what dangerous creatures lurked in that darned lake. Don't worry about the lake in the day, people often swim in it then. But by night, and on your own none the less, it's very dangerous.
Live mice? Of course she does, Parker, she is naturally a wild animal after all! She's always bringing mice into my bedroom - live most of the time - and showing me them. She's so proud of herself.
That is sad, isn't it?
Well, you think about what I should get you for your birthday.
Oh, and I made some brownies for your family to perhaps... I don't know, I just wanted to maybe... I'm not sure where im headed with this. Perhaps I could come visit you sometime, and they wouldn't hate me or whatever because I made them some brownies.
Yeah, it sounded better in my head...
- Pxyis.
Pxyis then scribbled underneath 'To The Emery Family' - From Pxyis Wilson. She attached the letter to Freckles leg, and then gave Freckles the box.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Parker read for a long while, having finished two of them already. He could feel how tired he was from the lack of sleep he had the previous night, and tried to keep reading as his eyes drifted closed. The book slipped from his hands to the floor as he slept for a few a few hours.
He woke up unpleasantly, however, sweating profusely, images from that night at the ball flashing though his mind, little details from those memories he'd not picked out before. Cloth beneath rubble, red splotches trailing over the floor. He was breathing heavily, trying to draw his eyes back into focus, trying to reason with himself that he'd not seen those things in reality, just in the dream. But the idea his mind made him think he saw those things bothered him just as bad. He was shaking slightly as he sat up, running his hands though his damp hair.
He got up to take a cold shower hoping that would help to wake himself up and calm him down. After the shower and changing into some shorts and t-shirt he wandered around the house for a bit, thinking soon he'd be able to get out of the house again as it seemed his mother was busy or gone. Going back to his room to get his shoes, he saw Freckles outside his window and let her in, smiling when he removed the package and the letter.
Pxyis,
There's always the illusion of respect. And sometimes passive aggression is the best way to do things. Well...not the best. But an effective way, I suppose.
It's fine, the whole lake thing. I know now, and learned quite a bit from it. Those creatures are really odd, and my ankle is just fine now, now that I think of it.
I wasn't too sure cause I know a lot of owls in captivity don't eat live mice, at least in the muggle world, so I wasn't sure.
I really don't know, I never really know what I want. Letters from you are just fine, I don't need anything, really.
Thanks for those, they look really good! I know my mum will like them, she always loves chocolate. I've not seen my dad all day though, so he might not get to have any cause we might eat them all! It would be really great if one day you could come, if not this year, certainly next!
-Parker.
He yawned as he finished writing, still feeling quite tired. He stood up and brought over one of the mice he caught, picking it up out of the container by the tail and bringing it to Freckles feet as she grabbed it with her talons and promptly went to eating it. He turned away as she did so, folding up the letter and once she was finished, tied it to her leg, sending her off.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Dinner was an awkward affair that night as Nancy served them their meals. Her mother was coming home late, so it was just Pxyis and her father. Pxyis was still angry at her parents, they had completely forgotten her birthday. Pxyis gasped when Nancy came out with the dessert, and instead of her father's favourite - Lemon and Lime tart - it was Pxyis' birthday cake on the plate. Her father looked confused as the cake was set down, and Nancy turned to Pxyis with a warm smile and a sly wink. Pxyis smiled back.
"Sorry sweety, I forgot to bring the cake out yesterday, so we'll celebrate your birthday today!" Nancy exclaimed, cutting up two pieces and giving one to Pxyis' father and one to Pxyis. Pxyis ate with an icy glare directed towards her father. The cake was absolutely wonderful, as it had been earlier that day. Her father returned her glare, but it softened quickly as Pxyis' mother entered and looked at the cake with interest. "What's this?" She asked, looking at Nancy who had just served her what Pxyis' and Cepheus had already eaten.
"It's my cake. For my birthday. Which was yesterday." Pxyis said in an emotionless tone whilst her mother quickly finished off her meal, and while Pxyis grabbed seconds of the cake, her mother grabbed her first. They had eaten in silence since Pxyis words, but finally her father broke the silence. "Pixie," he began, but Pxyis leapt up in outrage and a shriek left her lips. "How dare you! 5 years ago you stopped loving me, stopped caring about my existence! 5 years ago you began to forget my birthdays! 5 years ago you started talking about me as an annoying child that you wished to be rid of! You cannot just waltz in here and call me Pixie like you've cared all this time!" Pxyis fled back to her room and saw Freckles, quickly writing back a letter to Parker.
Parker,
I couldn't fake respect for them if I tried.
That's good. I was wondering if your ankle was alright, for I truly hate itches. They drive me absolutely insane.
Oh, well owls in the wizarding world are a lot more free than owls in the muggle world. We trust our owls to return to us, so we let them have free reign.
Im touched. Letters from you make everything seem alright.
You're welcome! I might come over this holidays, probably not though. I don't have that much time, I am really busy after all with hating my life and whatnot. Only joking, I might ask mother and father in a couple of days if I can come visit you. They'll probably say no, but there's no hurt in trying.
- Pxyis.
Pxyis gave the letter to Freckles, before she climbed into her bed and went to sleep.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Parker had brought the brownies out to the kitchen, looking around the house for his mother, and noticing her car was gone. It was odd, seeing that they usually had their neighbor come over and watch him. Maybe she realized he was getting old enough to watch himself, after all, it seemed more like he was watching over the old woman rather then the other way around.
Feeling a pang of hunger, he carefully opened the box taking two of the brownies out and starting to eat them as he walked out. If his mother came home while he was out, she'd like to have some and it would give him an excuse to tell her all about Pxyis and school when she asked who they were from. The thought make him smile as he took a bite from a brownie. He decided that a nice simple walk was just what he needed for his nerves. It was just before dinner for the other kids in the neighborhood, however, so by the time he was to the end of his driveway, he'd attracted the attention of those that were outside playing and riding on their bikes.
Two of them rode up next to him and he felt his heart both sink and speed up. He tried to remember what Pxyis told him. 'All their looking for is a reaction' and he turned to walk down the side walk, trying hard to ignore them, not even look over or giving any sign he could hear. The two boys yelled out at him when he started walking away from them, one even threw a small pebble as him. He flinched slightly when it hit him in the back, but he still continued on. The flinch was enough to capture their attention. One of the boys rode after him when he got far enough away and swooped in front of him on his bike, riding up the driveway of someone's house, nearly hitting Parker, who had tripped backwards in order not to get hit. The brownie he'd been eating falling out of his hands as his elbows and hands were scraped on the concrete as he landed back.
The boys laughed, and the one that had knocked him over rode back down the sidewalk, yelling, "Go back to your 'special' school, sissy-boy!" as he rode back with to his friends, going the opposite way down the street. Parker stood up, brushing himself off and made his way back home, rubbing his elbows which had bled a little bit. He didn't understand why they were so cruel to him, and it was the most frustrating thing. He went to his room, slumping onto his bed and lying there as it got dark, he got up when Freckles came. He read the letter and wrote back, his writing more messy because his arms hurt.
Pxyis,
Yeah, the itching was terrible, it was interesting the reasons behind it though. Madam Henley was really nice too, I sort of think I may want to be a healer too, actually.
I'll keep that in mind if I get an owl, maybe then we can give Freckles a rest! She must be tired!
Things are hard for the both of us, but hopefully my parents would agree too and we can finally spend some time together.
Sorry I'm sending this back so late, I just don't want to keep Freckles. I'll try to tell her not to wake you if you're asleep already. Even if you read this tomorrow, goodnight.
-Parker.
As he finished up the letter, one frustrated tear, as much as he wanted to hold it in, fell onto the page, barely smudging the end as he folded it up. He tied the letter to Freckles telling her, "Take this back, but don't wake her up, alright?" As she flew away, he then went to bed himself, sleeping as badly as the night before, his scraped skin stinging.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis slept restlessly, dreams of her parents peeling off her skin with hot iron rods haunting her, along with kids pushing Parker around and teasing him endlessly. In her dreams, she could do nothing by be frozen in the spot. It was most frustrating in the dreams of Parker, where she called out for them to leave him alone as she watched them beat him to a pulp, before they left him to die on the street.
She woke up covered in sweat the next morning with Leilani pawing at her face to wake her up. Quickly, the kitten licked her on the nose and meow'ed softly, whilst Freckles hooted from her window sill and stuck out her leg for Pxyis to take the letter. Pxyis did indeed take the letter, and she read it over. She was not stupid, she could put two and two together. The shortness of the letter and the oddly scribbled way it was written made her suspicious, but the tear sealed the deal. With her mind made up, she had a shower and got dressed before going down to breakfast.
She entered the dining hall and was surprised to see her parents, but she ignored them as she ate some toast with butter on it. She looked up as Nancy entered and smiled at her. "Im going out today, I won't be back until late." Pxyis said, and Nancy nodded. Her parents exchanged a glance with each other. "Don't we get a say in this?" Her father asked, and Pxyis looked up with raised eyebrows before finishing off her toast and leaving the dining room. She moved to the lounge and grabbed a handful of floo powder. She stepped into the fireplace, shouted Parker's adress and tucked in her elbows.
A moment later, she fell out of Parker's fireplace spluttering and coughing, before wiping dust off of her clothes and standing up.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
During the middle of the night, when Parker's mother had come home and seen the brownies, smiling and eating a few, she curiously read the note with it. It was written with that fancy writing on that fancy paper as with Parker's acceptance letter, so she figured they were from one of those people. She'd peeked into Parker's room, seeing him sleep quietly, and then closed the door quietly to let him sleep.
His slept uncomfortably, tossing and turning, in too light of a sleep to properly dream. When he did dream it was much the same as his nap earlier, or having to do with the boys on his street. When it was the morning, his mother had been bustling around to get ready for work, eating some toast when the flame erupted from the fireplace. Hearing the noise and seeing the green flame as she stood by the counter separating the kitchen and living room, she yelled out startled. Parker jolted awake, sitting upright when he heard her yell and rushed out of his room, swinging his door open. She better not have been hurt, he'd worried and dreamt that those that had attacked at the ball would eventually hunt them down for whatever reason, and that paranoia over took him.
He froze once he got to the kitchen, however, when he saw Pxyis brushing herself off. No way, how could she have been there? Though instantly he became worried, as he did tell her to come if anything happened. What had happened to have her come so early. He looked at his mother who was frozen in shock and then back at Pxyis. "W-what happened, Pxyis??"

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis looked around the room and saw it was quite an adorable looking house. Very small, not nearly as grand or expensive as her own but she liked it better. Pxyis had always preferred small to big, big was just showing off. And Pxyis hated show-off's.
Pxyis nearly jumped a mile at a startled yell and she turned to see who she could only describe as Parker's mother staring at her in complete and utter bewilderment, a piece of toast in her hand hovering near her lips. She looked all dressed up and ready for work, and Pxyis nearly groaned. She had hoped that Parker's parents would already be gone, but obviously this was not the case. She had no idea how to explain this.
The next moment, Parker dashed into the room as awkwardly, Pxyis brushed more dirt off of herself and she looked up. He looked flustered and slightly pale, his hair messy like he'd just climbed out of bed. Which, Pxyis realised, he probably had. His body seemed to freeze up when he saw her, and he looked worried as he asked her what had happened. Pxyis examined him carefully, frowning at his nose and then her eyes took in his grazed elbows. Either he was really clumsy or, like she had suspected, those bullies were at it again.
Without a word, she stormed over to Pxyis and grabbed his arm, turning it so she could take a good look at his elbow before she huffed indignantly and let his arm drop, crossing her arms over her chest as she raised an eyebrow at him. "Nothing with me, but please do tell what happened to you?"

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
His mother was looking between the two wide-eyed and Parker dared not to look at her. He had no clue how she would react to her home being 'invaded' in a sense. His mind was racing, not really registering how calm and perfectly fine Pxyis seemed, figuring it was just a mask. He noticed her look him over and he felt himself tense when she stormed over and grabbed him, out if instinct and pain.
He yanked his arm away from her and gave her an extremely confused look when she said, "Nothing with me, but please do tell what happened to you?" He stumbled over his words as more thoughts flew through his head: why was she here then, did something happen, how was he going to explain this to his mother, what was she thinking about, he was so luck his father wasn't home... "What- what do you mean nothing's wrong? Why are you here then??" He felt his voice rise slightly, with a bit of alarm when he saw, from the corner of his eye, his mother glaring at the two of them before she looked back at the fireplace. He realized how hurtful that may have sounded and inwardly flinched hoping he didn't offend her. It wasn't as if he didn't want her there, but...just why was she?
He let out the breath his didn't know he was holding and looked down. "Pxyis, go to the first door on the right, behind me. Please." He needed to apologize to his mother, and he knew she was confused and probably quite angry about one of 'those' people, as she called magical people, barging into her house and getting the floor all dirty. He looked up at Pxyis with pleading eyes as his mother watched them curious and weary, backed against the counter.

Re: Letters From Me To You (Pxyis and Parker)
Pxyis flinched at Parker's words as she stepped back, her arms falling to her sides as she realised she had caused quite a scene. Pxyis of course heard Parker ask her to enter a room, but she sighed and shook her head. Though she did not care for her parents, she had always upheld the family traditions. With an apologetic look at Parker, she turned to his mother and walked over, holding out her hand.
"Where are my manners? Sorry to barge in here like that, I thought you would be at work, my parents always are at this time. Im Pxyis, Pxyis Wilson." Pxyis introduced herself, looking back at the mess she had created on the floor and blushing brightly as she looked back to Parker's mum. She also noticed Parker looked panicked, confused and frazzled.
"Er, i'll clean that up for you." Pxyis said, motioning her hand to the dust on the floor from the fireplace. "And you probably figured this out, but I am a witch and I came by floo, which is a form of transport that involves the fireplace... as you can tell..." Pxyis flushed again, this really was a rather awkward situation. She needed to think out her plans better next time.
