Leshia was glad he sister was away somewhere and she could get her shopping done in peace. It is always a pain doing it with her sister. Her sister was one of those prissy girls and took forever doing anything that she did.

After getting most of her things she decided to have some Ice Cream, so she headed over to Fortescues for something sweet to eat.

Walking up to the counter she ordered Mint Chocolate Chip her favorite and went and found a seat outside since it was a nice day. After a few bites she heard some more people come outside.

Tessa walked into Fortescue Ice Cream Parlour. She was glad that she had her school shopping down. Her parents just wanted to go without Tessa. So she didn't say anything. But after they sat her down, they made sure to order her a chocolate ice cream cone.

She loved coming here and relaxing, and this moment she could be by herself. When someone looked at her, it looked like she was starting at something. But she really wasn't.

Leshia noticed this girl sitting all by herself. Apparently her parents left her there to go and do something so Leshia decided to walk over and introduce herself.

Getting up from her seat with her ice cream she walked over to the girl sitting by herself.

"Hi, I am Leshia Prewett. Can I sit with you? Leshia smiled at the girl unsure if she would be ok with someone she didn't know.

Tessa smiled. " Sure you can sit with me." She knew that she would have to get over her shyness. And she wanted to do it before she went to Hogwarts. Tessa blinked a couple of seconds cause she really didnt' know what to talk about.

" Hi... I am Tessa Grey." She was still unsure of herself, but what was worse Tessa didn't know how she would act around her.

Lunette was about 11 year old and she was not the type to be left alone. Her father was a werewolf and of course she asked him repeat if she could outside shopping for few things for school. That she would be back and of course he grab a hold of her. "Yeah. If I see my mother I come straight home got it. Yes father I know that I'll be careful.

Her father was werewolf and she adopt him as her father since things went badly and she had been hurt by her muggle father and she knew he had some good in him. But her family had since split up and he told to be careful if any adult asked her question because they might she was kidnapped and she had went willy that is because her mother would start abuse her because she would not turn her father back into human because turn into pig and why should she turn back into human if he going hit and stuff and that was crazy because thought magic was bad.

That her mother took his side with everything and that why she went werewolf and there relationship grew into father and daughter relationship was that bad thing. She did not think she stop at the icecream shop she step through the door she decide to stopped here after a break from shopping and she was first year being that she would not know a lot of people as she step through the door she notice two people within the shop. "Hmm? " Now what she have for icecream she had always problem deciding she did not care for icecream when cold out it always made her cold yes.She gave a nod at the two girl and she hope that she was bothering them.

Leshia sat down and looked at the girl. She could tell she was a little nervous so Leshia thought she would lighten the mood a little.

"No worries from me, I am a Ravenclaw, I am very nice." Taking a bite of her ice cream.

Looking up she noticed another girl she had never met either look down at them.

"I don't care if you join us it is up to my new friend Tessa here."

Tessa smiled a little bit. " This would be my first year. But I always wanted to be in Gryffindor." When Leshia said her friend it made Tessa smile even more.

" Sure I don't mind if you sit with use." She was sure that she could tell Leshia about what was wrong with her, but she had been used to keeping it from others.

Leshia smiled when Tessa said she was going to be a first year. "Gryffindor is a great house too, I have a twin sister in Slytherin. But I am nothing like her."


Leshia motioned to a seat at the table. "Take a seat and tell us a little about yourself."


"Doesn't matter what house you are in we can all still be friends"

Tessa smiled. " Yeah, from what my mother read to me. Gryffindor sounds like a great house."

She then smiled a little bit. " I never really had a friend before."

Lunette was just starting hogwart she did not know what house she would get but still she was careful she carried with her book called wolf gift. But she enjoy reading in her free time. She seat down with the both of them was some what quietly.

"I'm Lunette Frost." She remark to both of them already she would hang out with them but she knew that her father would worried if she was not home on time because he did not want her to get hurt again or that she encourage minster of magic those where two worried that she could not go home because of those where her father biggest fear because the two had developed a good bond with one another.

"This is my first year going to hogwart." She was some what quiet and there it was left unknown though she glaze down at the book some what not sure what they would say with one undetermine yet being new and first year.

Listen to what Tessa was telling her she could understand how she would think Gryffindor would sound great.

"I will let you in on a secret, sometimes it is hard to believe your parents, I know mine were wrong. Even though you mom is right about that house. I was raised in a all Slytherin world" Leshia leaned into the table and lowered her voice

"My parents taught and raised me that there was no other house but Slytherin, so needless to say the surprise to them that I was not a Slytherin. My father of course is really mad, but my mother calmed him down. They had a feeling I would not be in the house."

Lunette comment about this being her first year too. "Well this is going to be Tessa first year too and all will be go, just stick with me. My best friend is Salina and she is a Ravenclaw and she will welcome you too."

Tessa smiled alittle bit. " I have to believe everything my parents teach me. So far they haven't steered me wrong." She knew that she was going to have to explain that. And that means tellling about her problem.

" I am excited to be going to Hogwarts." Tessa had a feeling that she had another friend. This was something new to her, and she didnt' know how good of a friend she could be.

Lunette smiled a little and she listen to what the other girl had to say about things.She liked being ravenclaw thought that probably would mean she was brainy more then anything or whatever might called it.

She did not known what her parent would house want her and well her father would not mind either house she got into because she never went to school because of his race and learn things from life experiences.

So she was puzzle as to what to say these two people when it came to parent she did not know what to say. She listen to them go about there parent and when it came to them she was not sure what could she say about her parent.

"Well my parent never about hogwart." She remark to her or the house he was never brought it up and she seemed to pause but she became quiet once again and this might become quiet

."Well umm." She struggle to find some common ground with these two kid she was adopt and one would say by werewolf or maybe they adopt each other and that her father told her that it did not matter what house she got and such things to him. That he would still there waiting for her when she got out she would never be disappoint though the other might be but other he would never be disappoint in her and always do her best.

The longer that Leshia looked at Tessa and the longer she looked at her she noticed that she was blind. It was not surprising that Leshia didn't notice at first because she doesn't care about things like that. She just wondered how she could fight in a battle if she couldn't see the opponent. She really didn't want an answer it would be something she would learn.

Feeling some tension coming from Lunette she was feeling nervous about something so she decided that she would change the subject.

"So what do you guys like to do for fun?"

Tessa could tell that Leshia was nervous and didn't know how to act how she was blind.This was something that she was used to all the time. So she knew how to play this off. " I can usually tell when someone is coming near me." Tessa knew that if she was scared or nervous, she thought maybe it would rub off on Leshia.

" I know that I do a lot of reading."Tessa did this because she was never around others. Or even anybody her age. Because people would treat her differently, and Tessa hated it. She just wanted to be like everybody else. But her mom told her that her blindness makes her a special person.

Leshia found it interesting how Tessa answered what she had been thinking. "Wow, it was almost like you read my mind. are you telepathic?" Leshia just wondered because that was totally neat, because if she was maybe she could talk to her. Leshia thought if she could do it with her sister maybe she could do it with someone else.

"I imagine you can feel vibrations around you and any little sound." Leshia smiled, she imagined that would heighten the senses

Then Tessa talked about how she loved to read, "I love to read too, wait till you see the library at school its huge. The books seem to go miles into the sky. I bet Mr. Sollmann even has braille books too, unless there is a spell that will translate books into braille." Leshia thought she better shut up she was starting to ramble, she thought if there was a spell that could do that, she would invent one when she was old enough. That seemed like the prefect type of spell.

"I also like to skate, sit around and talk, and play with my cat. She is white and fluffy and her name is Pepper." Leshia was trying to think of all the things she liked to do.

Tessa then started to laugh. Because she found it a little bit funny. “ I don't think that I am telepathic. But I like the idea.” She was still smiling. “ After a while I get used to it.” Tessa was loving that she was actually talking to someone and she wasn't being all shy.

“ Yeah I usually got by hearing, and also by feeling.” She then started to frown a little bit. “ Even thought there are times where they both fail me.

When she started to talk about the library, that got Tessa's attention. “ Wow I can't wait till I get there. I love reading, mine library isn't all that big. Usually my mother reads to me, I know that may sound childish to others. But that is a way of life for me.

Lunette liked reading, drawing,horseback riding.She liked to do some art work and horseback riding. She was listening to talk about that. "Well I liked go horseback riding. I liked to read.I liked to draw.That always fun for me."

She was quiet she was listening to the two talk among themselves and she was not sure how she fit in with both girls. Most would not understand her life she live with and then she thought of her father was he still pig she hope so because she was not going to turn him back into human.

That she had mix feeling about hogwart what if they find out the person who is taking care of her was werewolf she hope not. "Wow I love books."She had her issues and then she gaze down in thought thinking of her adopt father she adore him.

Leshia had decided that she was going to have a couple more new friends. She hadn't heard anything from Salina and she was hoping that everyone was ok.

"I love horses but riding has never been my thing. We had Griffins last year in care of magical creatures and I was not getting on that thing." Leshia just shivered at the thought of that class.

Her ice cream was long forgotten at this point. "I won't have any classes with you, but I will help you guys with anything you need help with."

Leshia was thinking of all the things they were going to get to do once they got to Hogwarts.

"Well when school starts we get to take whatever classes we want as long as we take as least four. What classes do you guys like?"

Tessa smiled at the though of having a couple of friends. It would make starting Hogwarts a lot easier. Even thought Leshia wasn't in her year, she knew she had someone to talk to. And maybe help her with her homework. Tessa wasn't always the best student, but she could never say that she didn’t' try.

She had never been around horse all the much, so Tessa decided to stay quiet.

Her ice cream cone was more than likely melted by now. She knew that Leshia would help her as much as she could. But then she had to keep up with her own homework. And Tessa didn’t' want to be a burden on anybody.

Tessa blinked. “ I actually never thought about any of the classes, so I don't know what I want to take.”

Leshia could believe that Tessa had not thought of the classes that she wanted to take.

"Wow there are so many to choose from. We have Care of magical creatures, Defense against the Dark Arts, Potions, transfiguration, Divination and Astronomy." Leshia thought she better stop and catch her breathe.

"I found Astronomy and Divination very interesting, Professor Slytherin was really great." Leshia was trying to think of what other classes there were.

"Oh what then we have charms class, which was fun. I feel like I am missing something."

Leshia was thinking about the classes that she like to take and was wondering what her favorites were.

"Well in order to choose classes, what subjects do you like?"

Tessa started to blink. She knew that there was going to be a bunch of classes. But she didn't think she was going to get to choose. So she really never thought about it before.

“ Divination sounds like it would be interesting, but I don't think that I could take astronomy. You would have to be able to look at the stars. And I can't see, so that would be a wrong class for me.”

She then started to blink. “ What do you mean by subject?” This was all very confusing to Tessa, but she tried her best to understand it.

Leshia thought about it and she was right about astronomy. Tabi loved the stars and cannot imagine not being able to look at them.

"Maybe subjects was not the right term, how about classes. Like potions, herbology, care of magical creatures." Leshia was beginning to wish that she was in the same class as Tessa.

Leshia was trying to think of ideas to help Tessa fit in and find her way around.

"So do you know how to read braile then, or has your mother read everything to you?"

Tessa smiled a little bit. “ I really don't know what I want to take. Potions wouldn't be good cause I can't see what I would be mixing together. So I really don't know what I want to take.” This had Tessa pondering at what she could take.

“ I know how to read braille, but my mother would read letters to me, or help me write.” The thought that school was starting get excited. And she had never been this excited before.

Leshia was really frustrated at the moment not at Tessa but there has got to be a way she can learn how to take these lessons. Its not fair that just becasue she could not see she could not enjoy being a witch.

They were magical dang it and she would find a way.

"Well you know what, we are witches and I am going to find a way for you to learn these classes if it kills me. Just becasue you cannot see things does not mean you shouldn't still be able to learn to do them."

Leshia was justa little upset, she just didn't think it was fair and she wanted her new friend to learn just like everyone else.

"I know to start with I am going to request something from the headmistress if I can, then I am going to bury myself in library to do some research."
