2nd Year: First Lesson: Spiky Prickly Plant

Her class with second years were about to begin.

Now it was a very clear difference between the first and the second years. The second years already had a previous teacher for Herbology last year. So in a way this was going to be tuff. But she liked challenges. And she would do her best on teaching the second years.

Her gloved hands went to her hair, it was still up. With her wand she cleaned her clothes, that were full of dirt. Being presentable was key. Her students deserved a clean Professor. It was just minutes for her class to start, and quickly going to her pouch, she took out a yellow potion and quickly drank it. It would control her temper for now...

[Keaira Drake]

Keaira walked into the Herbology house, seeing that it was divided. She walked over to the place where Risiko was located. She then looked around. It was a pretty gloomy place. The plants looked slightly dead. But Keaira didn't mind that at all. She liked depressing.

She looked up at lehrer Covarrubias. She then looked at the plants closest to her. She didn't know many plants by name, but she was sure she had seen one of them before. She didn't know where, though. But she didn't really care either.

Keaira wasn't a big fan of growing things, but she loved Potions, and to excel in Potions, it was pretty important to listen in on what was a plants weakness and stuff like that so she could use it in Potions.

"We will start on the Spiky Prickly Plant, can anyone tell me about them?" With her wand she levitated the Spiky Prockly plant in front of the students.

[Keaira Drake]

Keaira raised her hand carelessly. "It's green plants with yellow throns that shoots out when one gets too close," she said calmly.

She had read up on a lot of plants over the summer as she found out she was going to take this class. These were the ones that had been easiest to remember.

"Excellent Miss. Drake. Ten points to Risiko. However a wild Spicky Prickly plant have thin stems with a bit green with brown thorns growing out. These cannot shoot their spikes, but one shall not go too near." Gabriela walked around and the gardens.

"Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the spikes?" She aired for an answer.
