Re: Exploring (Bri and Jake)
"Would I ever ever do such a thing? Besides, extra effort ive not been paid to put in, what should we do with him?"
"How about we just kill him?" Jake asked, shrugging. It didn't really matter to him. In all honesty, the whole war didn't matter to him. He was Irish, not British, so it wasn't really about him. He only lived in Britain over the summers to teach, but other than that... Speaking of which...
"Aw, shite!" Jake exclaimed, slapping his forehead. "The Bats are playing Puddlemere right now! I knew I forgot something... I was supposed to watch that game. Got ten Galleons riding on it..."

Re: Exploring (Bri and Jake)
Briony's eyes almost popped out of her skull with the attitude that Jake showed towards the seriousness of this situation, so what if he was Irish? If they took over mainland Britain they would soon spread to his precious little rock of leprechauns and guinness.
"Very well then."
And quickly Briony reached down and snapped the neck of the man who went limp in her hands, in a way it was sad, he kind of reminded her of her husband, of course her husband was superior in every way...but still...
"Best go then. Get to your game. I'll worry about the state of our country. And your seemingly seperate Ireland."

Jake watched in morbid curiosity at the ease with which Briony snapped the man's neck. She had clearly done so many times before. "Best go then. Get to your game. I'll worry about the state of our country. And your seemingly seperate Ireland."
"Hey now," Jake said, raising his hands in defense. "I do my duty to Britain, being a momentary citizen and all, but that's also all I do. It's not like I don't give a rat's arse about Britain. I'm just not that big a fan of war and bloodshed. I'm a lover, not a fighter."
Leashing Greg, he smiled at Briony. "Well, I best be off to watch my game. I'll see you in school, Headmistress." With a nod, he walked off with Greg, who seemed a bit confused as to where to go. But Jake was sure he would find his way out eventually.
