Re: Meeting new people ( Sam and Anne)

Anne nodded and wonder what they could do now. She was rather bored. She could train more but didn't really want to at the moment.

"So how do you like it here?" She asked wanting to start a conversation. She didn't really enjoy silence. She liked to talk but didn't have may peole to talk to. She didn't want anymore friends they would all leave her. She knew what it was like to be alone.

Sam smiled " It's nice, I like it better here than at home" Sam laughed a bit and walked toward the chairs and sat down.

" So what house are you in?" Sam asked as she drank some water, Sam wondered why Anne was a little quiet but when Sam thought about it, Sam was too Sam smiled inwardly as she waited for Anne to answer.

Sam figuered Anne knew that Sam was talking about herself, Sam sighed and looked at her feet. " Anne, I really don't have a friend I was talking about myself my adoptive father told me to never write him or my ' Mother' until the end of term and I'm scared to ask Professor Romain" Sam admitted.

Anne nodded she loved it here. Hogwarts was her home. It was the first place she fit in, the first place she belonged. She wondered if any place would ever feel like home again. She didn't have a home yet. She knew that she might not have a family again and that scared her. She loved Hogwarts but she couldn't live here forever.

"I'm in Gryffindor, like you." She said having seen her in the comman room. She knew everyone in her house. She rather enjoyed being in Gryffindor, it was better than being in Slytherin. She didn't think she could deal with being in the same house as Damien, not after they had fallen out.

Anne sighed sadly she had figured that Sam had been talking about herself. She knew that Professor Romain could be scary but she generaly cared for her students. Well she cared for the safty of her students.

"Tell Porfessor Romain, she'll understand. I've talked to her a few times, she's ok. She'll listen to you at least." Anne told Sam.

Sam smiled and nodded " Okay" Sam said " And umm where's Professor Romain's office at exactally?" Sam asked kindly

Sam stood up and walked to a dummie " So do you want to keep traing? You don't have too" Sam said as she looked at some of the dummies, Sam at least wanted to write her ' mother' her 'father' didn't want to hear from Sam.

Sam sighed and punched the dummie it flew a couple of feet, Sam sighed and looked at the ground, She couldn't believe how mad she was Sam sighed and put the dummie back to the center of the room.

Anne thought about it then said "On the fifth floor." with a smile. Annd shook her head she didn't really want to train anymore she sat on the floor and watched Sam train she was very good. She was slightly jelouse. Sam was very talented. Anne wished she could do that. She needed to be strong.

Anne let her mind wander. It landed on Hugo. She wondered what was going to happen to him. Would he punished, or would he get away with it. She hoped he didn't she didn't ant anyone else to suffer like her. She hated that she had let him get away.

"Look I should go, you're nice and all but I really can't be your friend." Anne said leting her fear of being left over take her.

Sam looked at Anne for a second and she tilted her head " O-Oh okay" Sam said and she popped her neck and strated to fight the dummie she punched the dummie and it landed way across the room.

" Can I at least ask why?" Sam asked not unkindly and she tied her hair into a messy bun, Sam grabbed her drink and started to drink some water.

Sam couldn't understand why no one liked her, she figured because she was weird or different. Sam tried to be as normal as possible, but she wasn't normal at all she lost her parents in a house fire, she's a witch. She sighed and looked at Anne.

Anne looked down at her shoes and spoke to them. She didn't want to be left again. She knew it was for the best that she was alone but the sad note in SAm's voice hurt her.

"If you hang around me bad things happen." She said, only lying slightly. It was true, her mother had learned that. People died around her. people got hurt. She wouldn't put that on anyone.

"You'll make friends just I can't be one of them." She said sadly. She liked her but couldn't put her in danger.

Sam looked at Anne " Anne-" Sam started but she didn't know what to say, Sam sighed.

" Anne, so you think all them people got hurt because of you?" Sam asked not unkindly " Look, my mothe had a saying ' Life is like a book you have a beginning and an end' " Sam said hoping Anne understood what she meant, Sam knew what it meant and she smiled at Anne.

Anne thought for a moment. She knew that not everyone got hurt because of her.

"No I know they don't but I have to see it. I can't do that anymore." Anne told her in all honesty. She couldn't watch another person get hurt, not if she cared about them. It was too much. It would be easier to be alone.

Anne stood up and walked out of room, regreting her decition of being alone. She knew it was for the best but it hurt to walk away. She was walking away again, it seemed that was the only thing she could do, Walk away.

Sam watched Anne leave, Sam sighed she grabbed her things and headed to the fifth floor.

As Sam walked she sighed wondering why Anne was scared. Sam didn't know but she just kept her head down and went to the fifth floor, she finally saw the fifth floor stairs and walked up the stairs.
