Recieving Letters (Kasey and Vero) Empty Recieving Letters (Kasey and Vero)

Post by Kasey Flynn Sun Mar 25, 2012 4:29 pm

A few days back, Kasey had decided to write his family. He knew his little brothers would be dying to hear about how his year at Hogwarts had been so far. He had promised his mother he's write often, but he hadn't and figured she'd be worried or curious what he'd gotten himself so busy in.

He had gotten a letter or two from home when the owls came by in the great hall but he'd not written back. So, a few days ago he decided to put aside the time to actually write back. He supposed that by now he would have his reply, so he walked up the stairs to the owlery. He quickly spotted his family's owl and made his way to it. He pet her head gently as he untied the letter from her foot. He stood there and opened it, reading it there. A gust of cold wind blew through the open tower and he didn't hear the other steps coming up the stairs.

Vero held her letter tight and let out an excited sigh. In her hands she held possibly most important and best letter she'd ever written in her whole life. It was glorious to her! Better than the little letters she used to write to her papa. She never sent those letters but she did write them. Softly, Vero entered the Owlery when she was shocked to find another student there.

"Hey," She murmured smiling and waving.
