Shadow could not help but lean her head on her shoulder, "You are the nicest guy I have ever met, can I just keep you all to myself.' Shadow had to smile.

Shadow didn't want to live the cave and go back to her life. She was enjoying herself living in this moment and she didn't want this moment.

"Well I would not mind some healer terms, something new to learn." Shadow smiled again, she loved to smile and it has been along time since she felt like this.

Shadow thought about an idea that maybe she could see him again, "Well maybe I can help you get better at potions, and maybe you can teach me some simple healing spells."

Vincent smiled at Shadow and nodded " Well can I keep you all to myself?" He asked her kindly than he realized what he said and mentally beat himself with a skillet " Don't answer that" he said he started mentally cursing himself he sighed.

He didn't want to leave the cave he wanted to stay with Shadow and he didn't want to go back to being an plain, boring, strange healer.

" Well you don't want to hear some of the healer terms or jokes" Vincent said with a small laugh he thought a lot of the jokes didn't make sense he shrugged inwardly.

" That sounds like an amazing plan" he said smiling at her he wanted any excuse to see her again he smiled.

Shadow smiled at Vincent when he asked her to ignore what he said, "Now why would I want to ignore that, you can keep me around for as long as you want." Shadow continued to lean on him.

"I decided with this new club, I am no longer going to offer my private services. I am just going to run the club." Shadow had decided that if she had any chance with any guy she would have to do it. Especially this guy.

"I would help you do anything if I could see you again, you make me feel alive again."

Shadow had to smile, she had not felt this alone in a long time.

Vincent looked at her and sighed " Well I know people say I put my foot in my mouth" Vincent said with a small laugh he didn't want to offened her he sighed and looked at her.

" I work three shifts morning noon and night" he said while rolling his eye's he would be willing to give up any of them if he'd have any chance with a girl. Mainly this girl.

Vincent smiled " And I would help you with anything as long as I get to see you again" Vincent said smiling at her.

Shadow continued to smile, "Well I suppose we all do that once in awhile." Shadow knew in her business things got said all the time.

Shadow listened to the hours that he worked, "Wow, I guess I am going to have to be sick if I want to see you again." Shadow diffidently knew she was going to have to come up with some ideas to see him again.

"Well I hope you send me some owl, so I know when I can see you again, I would hate to get sick all the time." Shadow laughed a little.

Vincent smiled " I guess so" he said with a small nod he knew a lot of the people he worked with would put their foot in their mouths, he sighed and yawned slightly.

He laughed " Well I'm willing to drop two shifts but I haven't talked to my boss about it yet" he said with a small shrug " And I wouldn't want you to get sick all the time just to see me, also I get every other weekend off but my mother doesn't think that's enough time off" he added with a small smile.

Vincent smiled he was falling in love with this woman, he didn't care what she did for work he just was in love with her " I will write you all the time if you want, as long as you don't get sick or hurt just to see me" he said with a small smile.

Shadow looked at the time and sighed the club would be opening in a few hours and that meant she would have to leave. She didn't want to go, she wanted to stay right where she was.

Shadow stood up and brushing off the black skinny jeans she was wearing and smoothing out her shirt.

"Well, if you promise to owl me I promise not to be sick.". Shadow smiled. "Plus we just met and I wouldn't expect you to change you life to me."

Shadow was standing there looking down at Vincent and smile. "Maybe you could come out the club sometime. The shows themselves are very entertaining and do not revolve around sex."

Shadow was falling for this guy, she had not had someone make her feel like a person not a whore. "I want to say thank you"

Vincent smiled at Shadow than he stood up and brushed his jeans off, he knew his coworkers would get worried if he didn't return he really didn't want to go back there but, he knew he head no choice.

Vincent smiled and put a hand over his heart " I Vincent Rain, promise to write miss Shadow Heart so she she won't have to get sick just to come see me" Vincent said with a smile he chuckled lightly and sighed.

" Okay I'll write you and I've been meaning to drop a shift just I haven't found the time to talk to my boss" Vincent said with a small sigh he really hardly ever saw his boss so he really couldn't ask for time off.

Vincent nodded and smiled " Just give me the address and I'll stop by sometime" he said anything that didn't revolve around sex was fine by him, he yawned and popped his neck than he smiled " I'm surprised no Auror's are out looking for me, the reason I say that is because my coworkers are worry warts" he said with a small roll of his eye's.

Shadow had to blush as Vincent placed his hand over his heart and made her a promise. Shadow walked over and placed her arms around him and hugged him.

"I Carmin Prewett promise to answer every sent owl, and to stay healthy." Carmin smiled, as she said the statement to his face as she continued to have her arms around him. She enjoyed being able to be herself.


Carmin wrote down the address on a piece of paper that she had transfigured from a rock. "Here you go, I hope to see you real soon."

Carmin did not want to leave but she knew she had too. She leaned over and hugged Vincent once more and gave him a small kiss on the lips. She wanted more but was afraid to push it.

Vincent smiled as Shadow made her promise " You better keep that promise" He said wrapping his arms around her he couldn't help but think she was so cute he smiled.

" Okay I'll try to be there soon" he said with a smile he was going to be there he wondered what it was like he shrugged inwardly than when she kissed him he blinked but kissed her back he smiled at her.

" Well I'll be there, promise" he said with a smile.

Shadow decided the minute Vincent throw his arms around her she was hooked and she was going to change her ways. She was tired of being a whore, but she loved her club and she was keeping that.

"Bye, and I can't wait to see you." Shadow smiled and kissed him one more time and disapparated.

Vincent smiled when she kissed him again then disapparated, he smiled and looked around than he dissaparated back to work.

He couldn't wait to see Shadow again, he smiled and was going to go to the club as soon as he got off work.
