Aquila was raised by a single, up-tight and scolding mother, so naturally she is very laid back and rebel. She likes to do little things that irk her mother, like putting her feet on the table or not cleaning her room when asked. She is very reserved around people, as she was betrayed by a boy she was crushing on when she was younger and has never trusted people since.
Aquila was born in Liverpool, but her mother moved to Germany when she was 6 months old. Aquila has never known why, and whenever she asks her mother goes into cleaning mode. When Aquila enquires about her father, her mother turns cold and refuses to say anything, so Aquila has a burning desire to find him and beat him up for hurting her mother.
Aquila was taught from a young age by her mother that England is a horrid place full of nasty people, and so Aquila despises the place though she has never been there.
