A Moonlight Night (Open)
Pxyis was not one to abide by the rules, so none who knew her well would be shocked to see her moving stealthily through the castle walls, ears perked for any sound possible. Hearing footsteps, she ducked down low into the shadows, blending well with the blackness due to the black cap holding her hair away, for her hair became luminous by night. The footsteps went past her and faded into the distance, and so the girl emerged from her hiding spot and dashed across the entrance hall.
Knowing that the doors would have anti- Alohomora spells on them, she did not use the front doors. That and they would be far too loud when opening and shutting. Instead, she pointed her wand at a block in the wall that when Hogwart's had been re-created had been invented by the wickedly humorous George Weasley, so that future generations could escape the castle still now that all of the secret passages were destroyed.
"Reducio!" She whispered, and the block shrunk in on itself and became a tiny block that fell down the tunnel below, but was caught for the tunnel was only a short drop and then a little flat bit followed by a magical slide that pushed you along even when you curved upwards. "Engorgio!" She repeated in the same whisper, after holding the block above her head. It filled in the gap and over filled it so that it could perch above the hole. She moved off of the flat part and slid down the slide, curving all the way along until she was zoomed back up and out of a hole in the ground near the Black Lake.
She looked up at the sky and saw millions of tiny stars illuminating it with their beautiful glow, and a magnificent full-moon that shone like a beacon of white light upon the earth. Emerging from the hole, she brushed off her Slytherin robes and pulled the black beanie off, tucking it into the waistband of her skirt as her hair tumbled down her back.
Pxyis moved across the grounds and down to the tree she had spoken to Salina by. She sat down and leant her back against it, eyes turned upwards to face the canvas of leaves and branches above, and the moon poking out between branches and leaves. A smile graced her features as she looked around, wishing she had someone to share the beauty of this night with. She let her eyes trail down to the Black Lake, which reflected the moon and the twinkling lights above like a mirror with gentle ripples running through it.
"Such a beautiful night," she murmured.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
A while before curfew, changing from his robes to jeans and some oddly patterned sweatshirt with his white button up underneath, Parker had left the Slytherin dungeons after a long day of classes, planning to take a long walk around the grounds, even if he wasn't exactly supposed to. He often would take long, late night walks around his neighborhood back home when his parents had been out late working and the sitter had gone to bed. Night time just felt right to him, the air was crisp and fresh, the lights he saw and sounds he heard seemed brighter and louder, and there seemed to be no one else in the world.
He wanted to take the time to enjoy some total quietude after a long day of meeting all sorts of new people and possibly even making friends. Being out so late, he'd not thought too much about the front entrance doors closing, assuming many other ways to be able to get back into the castle. He made his way towards the black lake, wanting to get a good look at it, for it looked amazing underwater and hadn't exactly gotten a proper look at it from above yet. When he got up to the shore, he looked across it and up to the starlit sky, smiling wide. It looked absolutely beautiful in the nighttime, reflecting the surroundings like a mirror.
He walked along the shore for a while, listening to the sounds of the nearby forest and of small creatures scuttering around. Seeing a toad he kneeled down to look at it. It croaking loudly he'd not heard Pxyis walking nearby.
Down at the edge of the water he saw a figure, looking to be kneeled over looking at something, ripples visible from where the figure was, seeming to be skimming fingers across the water surface.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
Pxyis heard the sound of a croaking toad, and thinking it was by the Black Lake, she very slowly stood up- as if a movement to fast would break the serenity of the Hogwart's grounds in the night. She moved forwards lightly, the breeze whipping back her Slytherin robes, and annoyed with them curling around her, she pulled off the robes to be left in just her white button-up shirt, Slytherin tie and knee-high grey Hogwart's skirt- along with her shoes and socks of course.
She continued on to the edge of the Black Lake and knelt down in the grass, leaning towards the water as she looked at it. The water was like a black piece of silk, dotted with twinkling lights here and there and the luminous moon hanging above. Her hand reached out for the water, and she noticed that it was like a white glowing hand in the night, due to her pale skin. She let her fingers daintily brush against the water's surface and watched as the water rippled away from her.
She let her fingers fall half-way through the water's surface. It was pleasant, the water. Cool and refreshing, but not ice cold like she had expected. She looked left and right, and seeing not a soul she pulled off her shoes and socks and dipped her feet into the water, reclining back on her elbows as she stared up at the night sky. Her elbows however, grew strained from supporting her weight so she let herself fall back against the grass, hair splayed out behind her as she folded her arms over her stomach.

His attention drew back to the toad as it croaked again and jumped away. Parker followed it a few steps as it went towards the water. When reaching it, the toad splashed in, disturbing the water, breaking up the mirror like surface.
Parker took another step after it, a bit into the water making another quiet splash sound and getting his shoes and the bottom of his pants wet. He let out a disappointed sigh as the toad swimmed away. He watched the ripples it made as it swam and startled , stepping back and splashing the water around his feet again, when some strange shadow of a creature grabbed it from underwater.

Pxyis head shot up when she heard the toad croak again and the splashing of water, followed by more water splashing and a sigh of disappointment. Pxyis was confused, could toads sigh? She didn't think so. Pxyis sat up and rose from the ground, spotting the silhouette of a boy against the darkened sky.
"Hello?" Pxyis called out, edging closer and when she noticed the boys feet in the water, and a strange, dark colored creature around it she let out a shriek, looking up at the boys face just to have it illuminated by the light of the moon. "Parker!" She cried. "Get back from there!" She remembered her mother telling her about the time her father was almost drowned by a Grindylow, and she dearly hoped that the creature wasn't a Grindylow.
He was still quite a lot paces a way from her, and her body was stuck in a frozen position as she watched in horror, unable to move away from her spot.

He stared down in shock and confusion at the creature at his feet, both too afraid and too curious to move. He dearly hoped whatever it was wasn't dangerous.
Hearing a shriek caused him to turn around quickly, his heart nearly leaping from his chest. The water splashed around his legs and the back of his foot bumped the creature, it suddenly seemed to be a lot larger then he previously thought it to be.
He saw Pxyis lit up by the moon, her frightened voice ripping through the silence of the night once again. "Parker! Get back from there!" As he was about the run from the water, realizing at that moment that whatever it was by him wasn't friendly, he felt something grab around his ankle and he yelled out in fear, trying to yank his foot from the water, nearly losing balance and falling into the water.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
She saw Parker whirl around, but the creature's grip on his leg tightened and began to tug him into the water. He wobbled around and she knew he would soon topple over. She began to run full pelt towards him, and once she reached him she whipped out her wand and pointed it at the black creature, which she noticed was a Grindylow.
"Stupefy!" She yelled at it, and watched as the light flew from her wand and hit the Grindylow. It didn't do much other than make it jump, for she was still only 11 and her spells were weak. Slipping her wand back into the waistband of her skirt, she crunched her foot down on the Grindylow's arm and watched as it pulled its hand back and darted away.
Turning her eyes that were blazing with worry to Parker, she yanked him away from the water and tugged him up a little bit, before pushing him down onto the ground and placing her hands on her hips whilst glaring down at him. "Do you not know anything?" She hissed. "What possessed you to wade that deep into the Black Lake at night? At least just dip your feet in or something, don't wade right in so that anything can just pull you over!" She knew she was shouting, but her heart had been beating wildly at the thought of him being pulled into the depths below.
"Im sorry," she finally muttered after a few moments of silence. "I was worried, you scared me," her tone turned soft as she knelt down in front of him. "Of course you didn't know, you don't know what lurks in there. That was a Grindylow, they're hideous creatures and will drag you down and drown you just for their amusement. Also, the mermaids don't appreciate having their waters disturbed. Don't worry about the Giant Squid though, he's friendly... or she," Pxyis cracked a smile, but her heart was still beating wildly.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
After trying to tug away, he felt it tug back, much harder, towards deeper water. He screamed again in the realization it was probably going to drown him and began to panic trying to get it off. Everything was a blur as he heard Pxyis yell out, "Stupefy!", felt the grasp on his legs release, and was tugged from the water and shoved to the ground. He mind was reeling at the realization if he had been alone he would have been dead, nothing to show where he'd disappeared to or how he died. Just vanished.
He heard that Pxyis had been yelling at him, though his ears seemed to be ringing from the adrenaline and fear, so he hadn't really taken in what she had said. He Looked up at her, sprawled down on the ground, all the colour drained from his face, his eyes red and teary. He stayed silent a few moments when her yelling ceased. She seemed to deflate right before his eyes as she sank to the ground beside him on her knees. He tried to prop up on his elbows but his whole body was shaking and he felt extremely weak.
He knew creatures dwelt deep under the lake, having seen them drift or swim by the windows in the dungeons, he didn't know what most were and he didn't imagine anything so dangerous as whatever a 'Grindylow' was to be lingering so close to the shore. He never thought mermaids as being dangerous either. There was so much he was wrong about and so much he had to learn. He was stupid, should have known better, should have been more careful or he may have been dead.
He looked up at the sky and at the moon, thankful it wasn't the last time he'd be looking up at them, thankful Pxysis had been there. He let out a deep breath, closing his eyes.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
Pxyis saw the way his eyes watered and heard his breathing low and fast as he dropped his head back to look up at the sky. Trying to offer some form of comfort, for she knew that he must be terrified right now, she placed her hand over the top of his and squeezed it lightly. She inched closer to him and smiled weakly more to herself than to Parker as she saw the relief all over his face.
"Are you okay?" She asked, moving her hand from his to place it on his shoulder. She wasn't sure how to comfort a boy, with girls you just hugged them and stroked their hair whilst they cried into your shoulder, but with a boy she thought that would be weird, so she just left her hand on his shoulder. "At least now you know not to go in the Black Lake at night," Pxyis mumbled, not sure if he could hear her or not.

He opened his eyes again when he felt her hand on his. He wanted to tell her thank you or do something but he didn't know how to express it. He sat up fully, feeling his shaking starting to lessen as she placed her hand on his shoulder. It made him feel more grounded and steady, less likely to be able to drift off into the water.
"Are you okay?" He certainly was startled. He spoke, his voice wavering a bit, "Well, I'm alive..." He took another deep breath, looking at her. "Wh-what did you say that thing was again?"

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
He turned his eyes to her, looking startled by her question. "Well, I'm alive..." He said in a wavering voice. Pxyis frowned, if that was some kind of sick attempt at humor she felt as if she ought to hit him upside the head. "Wh-what did you say that thing was again?" He asked her, and Pxyis sighed and dropped her eyes to her lap, her hand still resting on his shoulder. She gave his shoulder a gentle squeeze and looked back up at him.
"That, was a Grindylow," she said sourly. "They're commonly the pets of Mermaids, and they enjoy to drag you down under the water and drown you. They're nasty things," Pxyis told him, eyes clouding over with a memory of her past, but she shook her head to get rid of it as she swallowed the lump in her throat. She stared into his eyes and smiled softly, wriggling closer to him so she could speak softly. She felt as if her voice might fail her if she spoke to loudly right now.
"Do you feel okay? Not to frightened, were you? Nothing happened, after all," Pxyis didn't add that if she hadn't been there, he would most certainly have died and the thought of never seeing him again made her smile drop and her eyes water. She'd almost lost her newest friend. Before she could stop herself, she'd thrown her arms around him and enveloped him in a huge hug.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
As she explained the Grindylow again, he saw that she seemed a bit distant, as if she were thinking of something else, and wondered what it could have been. He looked down as she moved a bit closer.
"Do you feel okay? Not too frightened, were you? Nothing happened, after all." Still looking down he spoke quietly, "I think I'm fine, just...badly startled." Nothing may have happened but the thought of what could and would have happened had she not been there was clear to him and prompted him to look at her again, noticing she looked like she was about to cry.
Before he could reach out to try to comfort her, she'd thrown her arms around him in a tight hug. He was surprised by it and after a brief moment he hugged her back lightly.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
Pxyis began to shake with silent sobs as he lightly hugged her back and she clutched him tighter, imagining it was someone from her past that she had saved, someone who she could've saved but hadn't. Realising that she was probably suffocating him from how tight she was holding him, she loosened her grip and leant back a bit but still had her arms around him.
"I would be startled too, that could've been disaster if i'd remained-" Pxyis voice stopped and she shuddered at the thought of her immobile state before she had managed to run at him. "If i'd remained frozen," she said in a whisper that he could only hear due to how close she was to him. She looked up at the stars above and smiled warmly.
"It's such a beautiful night," she murmured, attempting to lighten the mood.

As she began to cry and held him even tighter, he felt constricted and felt like he had to work to catch his own breath. He still felt tight, even when she pulled away.
He looked into her eyes as she spoke in barely whisper. "I would be startled too, that could've been disaster if i'd remained- If i'd remained frozen." He definitely could not deny that. He was so thankful she did move and acted as she did and was about to tell her too, when she looked up at the sky and smiled. Strange given the circumstances.
"It's such a beautiful night." He looked up at the sky after she did. Looking to the stars as he was only moments ago.
He spoke just as quietly "The stars are much more clear out here...then back home."

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
"The stars are much more clear out here...then back home." Parker said, and her smile widened a bit. "I think it's the magic of Hogwart's," she murmured, continuing to search the skies before finding the constellation she'd been gazing for. She pointed her finger up at one that was shaped like a dragon with wide swooping wings. "See that? That looks like a dragon, don't you think?" She looked back down to see him also gazing the stars.
She'd never sat outside and gazed at stars with anyone before- though she'd never really relaxed with other people before. Her mother and father were to busy for her, and her nanny rarely stayed after feeding her. She took off almost instantly to return home, and Pxyis would never ask the kind woman to stay longer with her. She was positive that her nanny had more important things to do.
Pxyis' heart felt warmed by the fact that she had somehow to share the magic of the night with. She'd always been rather lonely, always. Ever since the day her first and only friend had died right before her eyes, she'd been scared by the prospect of approaching someone. In the Slytherin dorms she'd felt much more comfortable being with people that shared traits with her. Now, she just felt content sitting with a boy whose life had almost been taken from him and being able to distract him from said events.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
"I think it's the magic of Hogwarts," He heard her say as she searched the skies. He thought that was really amazing, out here it just seemed like it was too beautiful to be real. "I live in the city too, so the lights down on the ground seem to block out the stars. I've never seen this many stars before..."
"See that? That looks like a dragon, don't you think?" He drew his eyes to where he saw her point and he did indeed see a dragon. He nodded with a content smile, now calmed down and a bit distracted from what had happened. As Pxyis looked to him, Parker continued to stare up at the sky, thinking back to home when he would walk down the neighborhood streets at nighttime, lit by far off buildings and street lamps. He would get bored sitting around all day, his parents both busy working, and the really old lady from next door that looked after him falling asleep and being boring and generally old. So once he could, he'd slip out to walk around as the sun was setting and as the few stars started coming out, making his way back just before his parents came home.
He'd not had many friends, even before Hogwarts, being very drawn in and quiet, even feeling at ill ease around a lot of people because he felt different. Now he wasn't so different and knowing that felt nice. He realized at that moment, still looking up into the sky, that despite what had just happened, he was feeling pretty calm. He felt like things were going to be okay and was excited to have a friend, especially one that had saved his life which was something he didn't know how to ever repay her for.

He felt like things were going to be okay and was excited to have a friend, especially one that had saved his life which was something he didn't know how to ever repay her for.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
Pxyis watched as Parker looked to where she was pointing, and he seemed to become lost in a deep thought. She watched him for a while, curious as to how they had reached this point. One moment, they were class friends- the next, she felt closer to him than she had ever felt to anyone before. Except, perhaps, the girl who lost her life. Pxyis felt guilt for that every day. She had watched as her best friend died, the only one who knew her secret. She had stood there, frozen in shock as she was dragged under by a gang of Grindylow's and Mermaid's alike. And tears had fallen from her eyes as she had become un-frozen and dove in after her. But, she had no magic and there was no one about.
Pxyis swallowed the lump in her throat and turned away from Parker, wiping away a stray tear as the memory struggled to burst forth in her mind, but she refused to be saddened by such a memory. She swallowed back a sob and took in a deep steadying breath. She needed some air, but she couldn't do such a thing in the presence of Parker- could she? She began to contemplate telling him.
She had just saved his life, surely that was something that would cause them to always be friends. Things like that don't just happen everyday. But she couldn't tell him, telling him would mean becoming too close to him and if she ever lost him- she couldn't bear the thought. But she so wanted to tell him, she wanted to have someone to talk to it about again. "Parker," she whispered. "Can I tell you a secret? You can't tell anyone else though. You have to promise." Pxyis voice became insistent as she turned to stare at him intently, gnawing on her lip.
What if he thought she was a freak?

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
Realizing his mind had drifted off as he stared up at the sky, he shook his head a bit, drawing himself back to the moment as he looked over as Pxyis turned away and took a breath. Something was very clearly bothering her, something more then just what had just happened. He wanted to ask her and wanted to know, but didn't, for it wasn't his business and though they'd reached a bond through circumstances, they still hardly knew one another. It just wouldn't be right of him to ask.
He'd glanced down, expecting the silence to continue to draw out, but he looked back up to her as she spoke, her voice soft, but insistent, "Parker, can I tell you a secret? You can't tell anyone else though. You have to promise." He took a moment to process what she was saying as she stared back at him. Where was this coming from?
He sat up a bit straighter. "Of course you can, I promise. I swear on it." He really did mean it, not like he really had anyone else to share secrets with even if he wanted to. But this was important to be in her confidences, not just because whatever she was going to tell him seemed important, but because her trust was important to him. She'd saved his life and would take whatever secret it was to the grave if it meant it being one way he could repay her.

"I'm not... im not normal Parker," Pxyis began, taking deep, steadying breaths. She laid back against the grass and stared up at the skies, feeling embarrassed. She wasn't sure why she was telling him, just that she had an urge to tell him. She wished to have someone to be able to share her secrets with, someone who she could trust with her life and would never doubt him. She felt that way about Parker.
"I only ever told one other person this. She was my best friend, and we shared a special bond. It was as if we could read each other's thoughts sometimes," Pxyis smiled as a distant memory took over, but her expression turned stony as she continued. "She died. Like you would've if I hadn't saved you," Pxyis thought that he might be confused, so she added the last bit. "Grindylow's grabbed her while she was wading into the water. I couldn't-" Pxyis choked lightly on a sob and shook her head. "I couldn't do anything. But that's beside the point," Pxyis was always one to get very sidetracked.
"I'm a weirdo, Parker. There's only me and one other person that have these powers," Pxyis was beginning to feel like an idiot, like Parker would laugh at her if she told him and say that she was a freak- a freak of nature. "I'm an elemental witch," she whispered. "I can control the elements Air and Fire. Whoever it is out there that is also like me can control Water and Earth I presume," Pxyis had her eyes solely fixed on the Dragon constellation as she waited for him to ridicule her.

"I'm not... im not normal Parker," He watched her as she laid down, taking steady breaths. What was that supposed to mean? Technically none of them were 'normal', whatever 'normal' was with them being able to do magic and all. He listened as she went on, this was clearly a struggle for her to mention.
He looked down at her, a concerned expression on his face. Why would she share this with him if the only other person she told was her best friend? Wait- was, past tense? He was about to ask what happened to her but she continued on, answering him. "She died. Like you would've if I hadn't saved you," This shocked him, what an absolutely terrible coincidence. And no wonder she was so bothered... "Grindylow's grabbed her while she was wading into the water. I couldn't-" Pxyis's voice seemed to catch, as she was holding back from crying. "I couldn't do anything." He reached his hand to her shoulder as an attempt to comfort her. He was very glad she was able to do something this time, and he was so very sorry it had to happen a first time, not to mention nearly happen a second. He should have been smarter then that.
"I'm a weirdo, Parker. There's only me and one other person that have these powers," He tilted his head a bit, curious, wanting to hear more. Whatever it was that was so rare, he thought it would make her special, not weird. but what did he know? he voice lowered to a whisper as she continued. "I'm an elemental witch. I can control the elements Air and Fire. Whoever it is out there that is also like me can control Water and Earth I presume."
He was silent for almost too long, thinking it over in his head. He was honestly very confused. "Back home, on the telly, there were a lot of shows that showed witches as controlling the elements. To be honest that's a bit of what I was expecting when I was coming here...I mean there are some spells that are elemental but..." he trailed off and sighed. He really didn't know what to say, it didn't sound all that odd to him, he did wonder how it really made her different, if it looked different or...whatever else.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
Pxyis frowned as Parker sat in silence, brows crunched together in thought. Pxyis gnawed on her lip and resisted the urge to bite her nails. He looked thoroughly confused, and Pxyis couldn't help but wonder what he was thinking.
"Back home, on the telly, there were a lot of shows that showed witches as controlling the elements. To be honest that's a bit of what I was expecting when I was coming here...I mean there are some spells that are elemental but..." Parker trailed off, and Pxyis giggled lightly, all over her worrisome thoughts that he would laugh at her gone.
"Spells, Parker, are not like being an Elemental Witch. Yes, there are spells, but I can do this," Pxyis sat up and held her hand out, pointing it towards Parker. She focused on the light breeze, and imagined the hand in her mind sweeping along and pushing the air. Energy built up inside of it, and she could feel it crackle as the cold feeling swooped up her spine and into her hand. Like when she was controlling fire except the opposite, her hand went ice cold.
Pxyis swooped her arm through the air, and a huge gust of wind brushed over them and whipped her hair out wildly. She put her hand palm up and pushed upwards, imagining in her mind's eye her hand pushing the air upwards and another hand pushing sideways. She cradled her hands together in a ball position and a huge ball of swirling wind appeared in front of them. The wind had a silvery colour, like it was filled with tiny fragments of grey sand.
Her breath was hoarse as she struggled to hold the ball of air. She swooped each hand the opposite way and the air burst and sent rolling gusts of wind in every direction. Pxyis fell onto her back as she let the energy fade from her hands, and her hands returned to their normal warm temperature. She looked up at Parker as she tried to catch her breath and smiled weakly. "You see?" She choked out. "I am much more powerful than a spell, and I don't need a wand." Pxyis was having trouble breathing as she panted and tried to suck as much air as possible into her lungs before releasing it all.
"That, is tiring."

Parker smiled when she laughed a bit, glad he'd been able to say something to cause her not to worry.
"Spells, Parker, are not like being an Elemental Witch. Yes, there are spells, but I can do this..." He sat back and watched as she sat up and moved her arms through the air, his heart lept when he felt a huge gust of wind from nowhere go through them at the wave of her arms and his hair blew back away from his face. He watched in utter amazement as the large sphere of air was formed and twisted around. And he shut his eyes when the air blew out hard, whipping his hair all around.
He opened his eyes to see Prxyis on the ground and worried a brief moment until she spoke, her breathing labored. "You see? I am much more powerful than a spell, and I don't need a wand."
Knowing she was okay, he stood up, grinning, looking disheveled with his wind blown hair. "That was amazing!"

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
Pxyis watched as Parker stood up and proclaimed that what she had done was amazing. A grin graced her features as she sat up again, combing her wavy hair with her fingers. "She thought so too," Pxyis didn't let her smile drop, but rather kept it in-tact, though she could feel it fading a bit as she thought about her. She shook her head, as if shaking her head would be able to rid herself off of the thoughts. It seemed to work, for a moment later she had rolled onto her stomach and was resting her head in her hands that were propped up by her elbows.
She swung her legs casually as she twirled a lock of hair around her finger. "Hey Parker," she began, remembering that he came from muggle parents. She rolled onto her back and leant back on her elbows, looking up at him with a huge smile and curious eyes. "What's that thing? The thing that you talk in to and a voice comes out of? My muggle friends, they don't know im a witch so they assume I know what it is. You know, the thing that makes that weird sound!" Pxyis tilted her head at him as she waited for an answer.
Pxyis had always been curious as to how that worked. Was there a little person inside of the strange object that made a shrill sound when her friends ran to talk into it?

When Pxyis rolled onto her stomach, Parker plopped back down next to her, his legs crossed. He looked down and plucked at the blades of grass, looking up at her when she called his name and rolled over again, propping up on her elbows. "What's that thing? The thing that you talk in to and a voice comes out of? My muggle friends, they don't know im a witch so they assume I know what it is. You know, the thing that makes that weird sound!"
He smiled and looked at her curiously, a bit confused at the way she was phrasing things. "You mean...a telephone? Where you push buttons in and hold a piece up to your head to talk into? Is that what you're talking about, a telephone?" He nearly laughed, thinking it very odd that she wouldn't have known what a telephone was, surely wizards had to have something like that.

Re: A Moonlight Night (Open)
Pxyis' eyes lit up as he said the word 'telephone'. She wanted to know more about this strange device, for it seemed like her friends awfully loved there telephone's. "Fellytone? What a strange object! What does it do?" Pxyis asked, eyes alight with wonder.
She sat bolt upright and a small flame burst from her fingertips as she moved her hands to rest on her lap. She quickly closed her hand into a fist, making the flame curl in on itself and implode. "Oops, sorry. Things like that tend to happen when im excited," Pxyis laughed lightly, feeling much more comfortable around Parker. Perhaps it was that he had accepted her so easily and thought her powers were amazing. Normally, she would've been able to rein in her powers around others, but now she felt free. Though she couldn't control the Air and Fire well unless she concentrated, bursts of emotion could make her sub-consciously alter the Air or cause her to create Fire.
